Convenient location and staff was lovely. The free breakfast was great.

My one complaint is that the rooms don't get cleaned or refreshed unless you request it the day before, which we kept forgetting to do, so we ran out of towels and toilet paper. At least one additional roll of toilet paper should be left in the room.

First I had asked if the pool was available they said yes but when we got to the hotel the pool was under construction! No pool. Second the room was very worn down! They haven't made improvements for a very long time and you can tell. Third and most important our room key didn't work and the room would not lock could just walk in!!!!! Never got fixed!!! Plus our daughter and grandkids was in the next room and the air conditioner did not work! They ran out of pillows and the pillow cases were dirty!!!! Then let's say the breakfast was extremely poor the apple juice was extremely watery and the food looked horrible. Plus they had more pets than people and it smelled. Do not stay here go somewhere else and save your money cuz it's not worth it.

The staff members we encountered were extremely nice. Beds were comfortable and room temperature was good. Fridge in the room was handy. Dove products were nice.

Tons of dog poop along the grass area of the back of the building, which is unavoidable to see because that's where the parking lot is. There was an empty bag dispenser next to the trash can by the door. I believe people should clean up after their own pets, but some encouragement by the staff might be due. The room was fairly clean, aside from the couch and throw pillows looked quite dirty and worn. Breakfast area was messy one morning. Milk jug was gross and there were less options than the first morning.

Size of the room.

There were toenail clippings on the floor when we got there and it was not clean at all. However, it was late when we got in and just needed a place to sleep before we headed to the airport super early.

The staff that was working during our stay was kind and accommodating.

The sheets on the bed were very scratchy and uncomfortable. The pillows were all very firm as well. The TV in the room was small and positioned in a weird place so it was difficult to see from the bed. The broiler was broken during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy the hot tub or pool. Seeing that this hotel had an indoor pool was a major reason we chose this hotel. Overall, it was an ok place to stay, but not very comfortable.

The staff was super friendly. Ashley who over saw the breakfast area was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He was a pleasure to talk to in the morning. The continental breakfast was very good.

The rooms were very dated. Our shower was either burning hot or freezing cold no in between, the main door didn’t lock properly, there was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom and the curtains did not close all the way leaving light in through out the night.

Easy & Convenient

I have stayed there quite a few times throughout this past year and the staff are always really friendly, greet you with a big smile and helpful if if ya ever need anything. great location and plenty of parking. thanks you guys for the very pleasant stay!
