I would advise owner to repaint the property It was such a mission to access the taps in the bath tub I would advise owner maybe to cut a piece of glass for easy access to the taps on the bath Cleanliness was not really 100% The back back splash on the stove was geasy Couches must be changed or re stuffed Windows dirty The kitchen bin was dirty The kids bedroom has no door and paints and other stuff is kept under the bed😏 I would suggest you have someone to monitor the cleaning stuff Either way I had make myself stay comfortable regardless

I liked the fact that everyone was friendly, from the security guards to our host and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends
