The location is okay, nice restaurant around (i strongly recommend the Indian restaurant one street further north!), easy to access and park the car on the street.

Poor bed and mattress quality, the apartment is not well insulated so it is hot in the room, you have the choice to use the AC but not possible to change the temperature which was too cold... The water heater was not working, so we had to take a cold shower, not a big deal here in saudi arabia but disappointing when you expect to relax a bit. I will not speak more about the pressure for the shower, at least some water was coming. No kitchen as mentioned, no sofa to seat. We paid 500 SR + 75 for taxes, it is too expensive for what you have.
