Me dieron una habitación en mal estado y no me querían reembolsar ni cambiar de habitación. Estacione mi vehículo y pusieron carro atrás y no me dejaban salir tuve que esperar mucho y perdí 1 día

Un hotel cómodo y bien ubicado. Trato amable del personal.
Que le quiten el chaleco al gatito que siempre está en la entrada porque hace mucho calor y no puede acicalarse.

Couple things:
Super noisy starting at 8:30 AM till 5:30 due to renovation of elevator. Power grinder, sawing, banging, etc.

Lovely big spacious room, very clean, balcony with a lovely view, staff were lovely and good location!

I did not make sure there were no elevators and we travel with a old age lady so that was inconvenient for us , difficult to go to third floor

The property was great, clean, great location, excellent price!
My only issue was the staff. The lady at the front desk was super rude, very unwelcoming, and not helpful at all. I had 2 large heavy suitcases and she sent me to the 4th floor with no help! There is no elevator so it was a pain to take my luggage. She was constantly just talking to her (I assume) boyfriend and ignored me. The reason for my score is the very unfriendliness of the staff.
