Location and beach.

Out dated air conditioner so the room was always hot. Major construction right outside the room that I wasn’t told about until AFTER the room was booked.

Beach was very nice and the location was nice.

Room and view not as described. Elevator quit working for 2 days, the steps got very old.

Close to the beach. Great parking. Loved the elevator!

Condo was a little dated. Needs new pillows for downstairs. Needs a dust pan and new sweeper vac. TV upstairs did not work.

The security was wonderful he was very nice and helpful. And the people staying at the property were nice. The closeness to the beach.

the location of the dumpsters, a/c filter super dirty, oh and no hot tub? it’s listed as a property amenity and not there this was part of the reason we booked was because a hot tub was advertised.

Parking tight, no sidewalks to walk to restaurants, stores etc.

The location

Sand on the floors & the carpet was dirty. The commode didn’t flush without flushing 5 or 6 times. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work. The pillow case on the bed had dried blood & other stains on it. The other pillows didn’t have pillow cases on it. I called about the commode & no one showed up. We have stayed at Sugar Beach before & loved it but this time was a bad experience. Condo 368 was the perfect space but needs a lot of TLC.

the location was great. parking easily accessible.

The condo was in disrepair. curtains falling off. The shower knob not attached. Multiple holes in the wall. not exceptionally clean

Weather could have been better.

the property is wonderful. right on the beach. close to stores/restaurants. great pools and spacious rooms.

not so much the property but the cleaning crew. our tub had a ton of hair in the tub and on the walls. our sink was backed up and had crabs in it. there were also clumps of sand in plain sight across the living room.

Great accessibility to the beach and loved the amount of pools in different areas. All of the appliances worked, and I was appreciative of all of the items used to prepare meals.

I’m just disappointed with the price I paid for the room I got. A few of the furniture pieces didn’t match, and some chair legs were already broken. The porch chairs were broken too. Upstairs the bedsheets had some stains on them. The photos before I booked made the rooms look fabulous, but I was confused as to why I didn’t get a great looking room when all the photos made them seem that way.

The mattress on the bed could needs replaced. Not very comfortable. Other than that, great time!
