Great location, Great Beach, rooms need a little more attention but it was comfortable.
On Beach!
I would have liked to of seen an employee at the property. We ran out of clean towels and we had a very other questions. Our unit didn’t have any extra blankets so I had to go buy one.

Last minute beach trip
The location was great, right on the beach!
The beds were not comfortable. Not enough bedding to stay warm at night. Bathrooms were not clean upon arrival.

Good
Location was great, kitchen was stocked well enough, parking was perfect. Plenty of room for the 4 of Us.
Several issues with the furniture. Dinning Chair with a broke Leg. I repaired it. Torn cushions on the couch. Multiple bulbs out in the bathroom and one lamp. All were tolerable except for the mattresses. Loud and Creaking under any movement. I believe an update on the furniture would greatly effect Future stays..

it was terrible and I will never stay there again!

mattress was paper thin, parking, pool was dirty,no hot water, tv didn’t work, furniture is dirty, floors dirty and no broom to clean them, only one trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper, screen door broke, pillows are paper thin, you can literally count the springs in the mattress, neither elevator worked, my brother in law fell down the steps, the wooden walkway to beach needs repairs as there are nails sticking up.

Superb
There was no breakfast available. The condo was very nice. Main bed was great. The fold out couch bed not so much. We had a great time.
Only thing I didn't like is no later check out option. We were there for a archery tournament and had a early morning start time. Would have been good to leave our things there til it was over. Maybe a 12 o'clock check out option.

clean, cozy, suited my needs.
It was secure, served my needs but off season repairs and maintenance was in process limiting parking and kicking up dirt daily from 8am until 5ish. I wasn't informed of these details until I had made and paid for my reservations and had I known I would have likely stayed in another building on property or a different property all together. In the end I didn't spend a ton of time in the room other than to sleep, I was exploring with family and enjoying the beach, so as I said it served my needs, next time I might opt for a beach view unit if available.
Repairs and construction, I clearly understand the off season when occupancy is low is when these repairs are usually made but the extent of them was wide. there were damaged railings and other lumber and items stacked apon the common balcony along the east side of the building and I didn't dare venture across it, so I just went straight down the stairs and down the road to where other family members were staying. The unit was clean and cozy but there was a strong sanitizer or cleaning agent smell that was overwhelming and I had to leave the door open to the unit for a couple hours apon arrival to air it out. Also please fix the screen door, it would stick shut so tight I was in fear of breaking the door when leaving the unit.

Make sure folks know there is no elevator. There is 2 flights of stairs so if someone has issues health wise that needs to be included on the info
