Great location and nice view over Marina. Windows to the East secures comfortable light and temperature during the day. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. The building and facilities are pretty modern.

The gym equipment is pretty old and not always working properly. One needs a different access card to access the parking and also to exit directly to Marina Walk which is not convenient.

the caretaker harassed to get 500 dirhams for a key card which hotels would not charge for . this is just ridiculous the duplicate one would not cost anything more than 20 dirhams I suppose .. will choose a hotel over this for peace of mind

It was great, loved the apartment which was facing the Marina, colourful lights at night , AC working good, 24/7 supermarket with delivery to your door. The staffs were nice both Peter and John.

you can tell the appliances and furniture have been well used by previous guest. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. There were dark spots in the corners of tub ( maybe mold or just water rust ) the wifi stopped working and we went without it for 1 day. Also communication between the hosts and myself was difficult to maintain. One of the employees even blocked my significant other to stop further communication.
