The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay at Kingfisher Villa. Thanking you for all the amenities provided to make a our stay enjoyable.

We did not go there. Because they did not answer before one day. No phone and no email.

1. I made a reservation for kingfisher villa on booking.com and contacted the ecostay watch app in the email on 13th of December. My question was answered on 16th. The Ecostay staff said i need to pay 60% of the money in advance, However, after I paid 60 %, ecostay sent another accommodation (hill view vila) which is cheaper. So I asked why you didn't check the accommodation I booked and proceed, she said it was because I made a reservation on booking.com on the 13th which doesn make sense. Of course she never apology for error. 2. The Ecostay said normal cooking is not allowed at the property and always tried to sell their food. If I want to use kitchen, pay more ₹1.500 per day. She only sent ECOSTAY MENU. Do you think it make a sense that I rent the house without kitchen? 3. I lost interest so I asked to them that my friend's family can stay there. She said yes. But when my friend tried to contacts with some questions, company never answered by phone or email. So eventually we decided not to go.

Indoor swimming pool next to your living room is the best ! They have maintained it very well , super clean. It's not a heated pool though but Super fun time. One bedroom on ground level , 2 on top with a lovely huge balcony overlooking the mountains. Basement has a large room with two double bed (no AC with coolers ) and a table tennis table carrom and board games there too . Food was exceptionally good , we hired a chef (om prakash ) for a day and paid for the ingredients. Very co operative caretaker (digamber ) available 24/7 for instant help. A front yard with a gazedo , a bonfire in winters is also done on prior info.. We had loads of fun at the villa , well maintained , clean and hygienic , they provide with soaps and handwash. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

None so far but one suggestion you can have a stopper for the balcony door to avoid banging . Also if towels can be provided for the pool area will be great .

I was not given the room. After reservation 2 times I called them for payment no one responded to my calls. Again reaching lonavala called 5 time there was no response , 5 min before reaching the location I get a call it's under maintaince and they can't give me the villa. Very rude staff and saying contact booking.com. I selected another resort on ur website and again inquiring they said it's not avalable. But ur site showed it's avalable. Had no other option buy to head back 4 hrs drive to mumbai. Worst experience ever Answer for not responding (1) we dint start our work before 11am (2) we were having lunch so dint answer calls. Will forward the complaints to higher authority as this behavior from there staff was totally unethical and unprofessional. Beware of these group as they have no value for customer . The only Mantra they follow is money.

indoor pool, huge lawn, terrace, hills all around

Its one of the best Villas you will find in Lonavala, great exterior space. Location is the key , 10 mins from Tiger point. Indoor pool is good enough for a group of 12 to 15 pax. Overall a great experience we had.

There was no facilities for breakfast. Everything had to take from outside. Otherwise the stay was excellent. If you can give us some discount we would definitely visit again.
