Good staff

The location is close to the bus stop, a quiet neighborhood. The reception was ready to help, you can cook in the kitchen. The room had windows, but that's why it was quite cold in the room even if there is a heater. They gave us an electric heater but it was very noisy, so you need to choose to sleep in the cold in silence or in the warm with a noise heater.

The location is close to the bus stop, but you should go up to the place, then go upstairs - so if you have many items of luggage it would be difficult. In the kitchen, you would not find everything you need in order to cook. As well, you should remove your shoes in order to enter the hostel, but they didn't provide us with any one-time slippers. The bathroom kind of had a bad smell (stinking)...

I stayed for a day while on transit. The manager/owner of this hostel was eating when I arrived. She didn't wash her hands and touched my passport with her greasy hands during check-in. Quite irresponsible really. The room was cramped so it was quite smelly. The locker door was also broken. There's also a bunch of remote workers in the living room in the morning so it was noisy. I wouldn't recommend it.

Nasty dirty smelly poor management beggars love in female dorm and beg you as soon as you arrive. Never hot water. Kitchen nasty usually bathroom nasty and everything falling apart. Not toilet seat for 2 days in one bathroom 10 days of nasty annoying hell.

An intimate hotel with friendly staff and a very good price-per-night ratio. Unfortunately, the location is not the best, but if it does not bother someone, they will be happy.

Not clean, but there were a lot of people there. I am a lil bit disappointed that there were only 6 girls in one room and a lot of men in all other rooms.

The room is tiny and the bed is too old , weak and even donot have stair to clime top bed. Many people live there for long time and they are super noisy.

No air conditioner. It's too hot to sleep. Cool outside, warm inside. Even with window wide open, no use. The long-term Iranian dweller occupied all hobs for three hours. He doesn't share even 10 minutes with others. He threw my frying pan away twice heavily! His behaviour is shocking and not acceptable in hostels. I don't recommend this place anymore. Especially with a price rise and worse facilities. However, the bathroom is cleaner without pipe smell this time. Laundry is still free. At 4am someone talks loudly outside the window on a long long phone call. It woke me up, so I found someone else left gas on without fire all night. The whole lounge is full of dangerous smell. We could all die in sleep!! What a dangerous place to sleep! The bed cover is a very thin piece of sheet. If you want some coolness, fresh air, or not being killed by gas, it's too cold to sleep after 4am. I used all my clothes and towel. I don't think it's healthy and sensible to provide this minimum for sleep. In a slum, yes maybe. I don't feel safe with all these dodgy guys around. It feels back in Egypt. A lot of mugs are broken after the high season. The female dormitory room 1 is the only one that faces the sun morning and evening, kindly for your reference. Room 2 and 3 are full of dodgy guys. Room 4 is sometimes ok for couples. Toilet paper ran out in both bathrooms. Obviously the host doesn't manage the place as much as in June.

The hostel is very comfortable and clean. The bed is super comfy as well and the mattress feels like you're sleeping on clouds: I had a really good rest. I booked for one night and then extended for more nights cause I liked it so much and even came back a second time when I was in Yerevan again. There's airconditioning in the common room and the dorm room has a powerful fan which makes the room cool enough to cleep. You can do laundry for free and the kitchen is fully equipped.There are supermarkets and fruit/veg markets within a 5 minute walk and a very large supermarket within a 20 minute walk.The bus stop to go to the centre or to the north bus station is within a few minutes walk as well. I recommend this hostel!

The fan broke down the last night and then the room got too hot to sleep comfortably, but this was just one night.

Some guys can become creepy here. But the hosts are always willing to help out. Two russian guests are decent guys and can naturally become "protection".

It's as good as before! I enjoy it. The facilities are very good.

Cleaning was too early and noisy at 8-9am. I had to get up earlier than my day's plan, after long time noise. The air-conditioner is in the living space. If I don't open the door while sleeping, I can wake up in heat at 3-4am everyday.

I feel like finally found home. The hosts came especially to wait for my check in, very friendly. The female dormitory is sunny, clean, decent with nice curtain and garden view. The beds, bedding and chairs are all very nice, organised and comfortable. I stayed in the girls room alone. Currently one bunk bed is for bedding storage, so maximum four girls instead of six. A big towel and a face towel are cleanly provided. Kitchen well equipped. Very nice for drinks and cooking. Fridge spacious. Air-conditioning in on all the time. There's no AC in the rooms. But living room is spacious and AC is generous. Two other boys rooms are also organised. People friendly and respectful. Two nice bathrooms shared. The location is in a good residence street, full of residence grocery stores and street fruits, supermarkets - cheap deals. Good place for cooking and resting! I'll definitely stay more:) Bus convenient. Evening walk to cascades: perfect! 10min bus to center.

The pinned location on Google maps is actually at door number 15, so you have to walk two houses further. That's number 9! Neighbors very friendly, offering help;)

In dorm room we had 4 bunk beds to sleep 8 men. I think 3 bunk beds to sleep 6 would have been better to give eachother more space. When sleeping our heads were 2 feet apart so it felt like we were on top of eachother. Apart from that it was a good stay and would stay again
