The apartment was walking distance to downtown. Having the ceiling fans on and windows open in the morning and evening helped keep the inside comfortable. It had everything we needed for our week long stay.

Wonderful home. Perfect for two people. Close to downtown Flagstaff. There is not AC in the home. They do have ceiling fans which work well and the cool breeze at night is nice with the windows open.

We were in Flag for a work event at NAU. Mary’s place was close to campus and very close to downtown dining. Admittedly, we didn’t spend much time there during the day, but nights were fine and it was everything we needed it to be for our stay. Check in was beyond easy and Mary was very communicative.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights. Cleanliness is important to us and it met all our standards! Super cute decor, all appliances etc were functional. The only issue we had was with locking the windows and the property manager was extremely responsive and helped us literally within minutes. Neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Highly recommend!

We attended our granddaughters graduation from NAU. This property was cozy, clean well appointed for all our needs. Was so close to all the shopping restaurants, driving or walking! Great experience! 😃

This place was perfect for my husband and I. We stayed the weekend to attend a wedding in the area. It was close to everything and had everything we needed.

This property provided us a great experience and location for our stay in Flagstaff. We stayed in Flagstaff as part of a three stop Arizona trip (Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon) and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Communication was incredible from booking through checkout and the location was perfect. From here you can easily walk to the vibrant downtown area to take in the sights, restaurants and complete the Flagstaff Brewery Trail. You can also jump right on the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) literally right outside the door and go for a run, a walk or a bike ride, that was a plus for us as we started our days on the trail. The property is very clean and is as nice in person as it is in the pictures. The washer and dryer are a great feature, we were able to reduce our packing knowing that we would be able to do laundry before embarking on the rest of our trip. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again on our next trip through Flagstaff.

Cozy and clean in an eclectic area of Flagstaff. Near the Lowell Observatory and downtown Flagstaff and a short drive to the Snowbowl. Great little kitchen to fix your breakfast or lunch.

Clean , convenient, has everything someone would need, and highly recommend.

This place worked out great for us as we prefer to walk where we need to get to as much as possible and this delivered. The rooms were great and having a back patio to sit and relax was really nice. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again when we visit Flagstaff.

We had a super comfortable stay in this apt. It’s perfect for a couple. We enjoyed walking downtown and easy access to all that the area has to offer. We were comfortable the entire time even without AC, the fans do a great job to circulate air. We loved the private back patio and quietness of the neighborhood. Owners were very nice and responsive. I’d stay here again for sure.

Great location, walked everywhere downtown, quiet and comfortable. Door lock took some practice but you’ll figure it out!

The bed was excellent for sleeping. The ROKU tv was at first confusing and then disappointing. I was sadly disappointed that local news was scant. The lack of a/c made our stay hot and sultry so we departed several days early. Great area for walking and Josephine’s restaurant was a true delight.

I had a great stay in this condo! The minute I walked in I could tell it was a high quality rental. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The condo is in a cute, safe neighborhood and is close to everything.
