Emplacement : Tres bien placé, proche des monuments et des transports. Tout est a proximité. Hotel : agréable, chambre spacieuse et propre, sdb parfaite, belle vue. Il y a l'ascenseur, Petit déjeuner inclus (beaucoup de salé, mais ya du choix) et on peut manger sur la terrasse Le personnel est gentil, ils parlent un peu anglais L'hotel parfait pour une première a istanbul !

Un seul point négatif : j'avais réservé le transfert a l'avance, je l'ai payé a mon arrivee a l'hotel. Tout s'est bien passé sauf que pour le retour (vers l'aéroport), le chauffeur m'a demandé de payer 100 liras supplémentaires pour arriver plus vite (prendre le tunnel vers l'aéroport sabiha) sinon yen avais pour 1h30 de bouchons sur le pont. J'ai trouvé ca malhonnête car il a profite du fait que le timing était juste pour l'avion (sachant que cest eux qui programment les horaires des transferts..)

Breakfast wasn’t up to standard. Room was not aesthetically great.

For the price we paid this was hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was large the bathroom was spacious and it was as clean as hotels get if you’re not wiping all of the surfaces with wipes to check. We didn’t see dust or sticky surfaces. There’s a safe in the room. Normal sockets and a couple of USB sockets too in the room. Breakfast was Turkish style, simple but enough to fill you up. I don’t know the names of the dishes but there was a tomato based one, an egg plant based one, bread, cheese, jam, cheese, beef sausage, potato wedges, boiled eggs, tea & coffee. The reason I rated 4 for service is because one day our room wasn’t cleaned, perhaps we left the room too late. Also my pyjamas were left thrown on the bedside table. Not a big deal at all but I thought it was odd and just missing a touch of service. We asked for more teabags and they gave us some for the night but didn’t have enough for the morning. Again, really not a big deal at all and it wouldn’t stop me from rebooking. Other thing is we asked them to book us a taxi to the airport and the price they offered was vastly overpriced. Much more than the price we paid to arrive in heavy traffic. We found a better price elsewhere. Location: great for the old town. You can get to Blue Mosque & Hagia Sofia in 5 minutes. You can also close to the Grand Bazaar & Topkapi Palace. You can take the T1 tram to popular locations and across the water to Karaköy where the Galata Tower, Taksim Square & Dolmabahçe Palace. From the palace if you walk down the road you can return via the T1 conveniently. If you are unsteady on your feet be careful, in general the streets are cobbled and a bit uneven.

The staff were extremely kind, friendly, informative & helpful! The breakfast was also very good. The location is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB.

There were damp in some areas of the toilet.

Spacious and comfortable room. It was clean daily and the towels and bed were changing everyday. The breakfast was nice and tasty. The room interior was exactly like in the booking.com picture. Not far from the blue mosque, about 6 minutes walking distance. The taxi was easy to get and it's very convenient if you use UBER taxi.

Nothing, only the lift is a bit small. But it doesn't matter.
