Room was clean and the cleaning lady was very nice and polite with us. For the price room is fine

The receptionist at night shift in my first day of the sta at this hotel was the worst thing of my stay at Istanbul. I came at the hotel at 10:15 PM and asked him if restaurant was open for orders and he said yes but only pizza and hamburgers. I called him at 10:20 to order 2 pizzas and he said ok. at 11:30 I called and he didn’t answer so I went down to ask him about my order he called another restaurant because they didn’t had it open as he said and he said that they will bring in 10 min. I waited until 12:15 and tried to call again but still didn’t answered so I went again down and told him to cancel the order so I can get something by myself and he said just OK not saying at least sorry for taking more than 2 hours to order 2 pizzas. So I went and took food by myself at the end. Too bad that all the good reputation of the hotel to be destroyed by a person which was unprofessional and almost arrogant with his “calm”

Fantastic breakfast spread with a very wide choice. Everything worked in clean room. Found a TV channel which broadcast news in English. Great shower which had hot water any time of day. Staff were helpful and responded to Google translate as we could not speak Turkish. Numerous shops and eateries closeby. A brilliant supermarket just opposite hotel. Located in an environment where we felt safe to walk around.

We would have to travel some distance to tourist hotspots, but we already knew that when we booked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always with a smile.Very clean, with an open bouffet breakfast. The breakfast was really variable, tasty and simply great.

If your intention is shopping, it is far from the important places for shopping.

We had(me and my mother)a good time in Emirtimes Hotel Merkez.Everyone was so kind to us(the owner,the manager,the stuff who worked there)and we're really appreciate the time spending there.I do recommend to everyone who's planning to go in Izmir.
