The location was good- very close to Taksim Square and a busy walking street with a lot of shops and restaurants around. The staff was nice.

Where do I begin? Location: If you are arriving to the property from the bottom of the street (not from the main walking street) at night, you will pass by a lot of prostitutes and very suspicious faces. Not too safe. The “hotel”: To come to the front desk you need to climb some stairs and it’s not very easy if you have luggage. The elevator is the smallest ever and it usually can’t fit two people with bags, barely even one person with a big suitcase. The room: I was expecting a hotel room but this looked more like some apartement in a very old building that’s barely functioning. I’ve stayed in all kinds of accommodations before, but this was the dirtiest place I have ever seen in my entire life! It’s just disgusting! The first thing I saw was this huge stain on the carpet, I’m not sure what it was from and I don’t wanna know. I don’t see how they though it was still acceptable to keep that carpet and have people stay in that room. After the carpet, I’ve noticed that there was filth all over the place- kitchen, furniture, ceiling etc. The air in the room is just so bad! They gave us the room where the ac was working (we had an option to choose) but it was making terrible noise and it was on the top of our beds. Right next to it was a piece of ceiling that looked like it was ready to fall on our heads while we are sleeping, so we kept the ac off. The noise from the outside was pretty bad and it went on until 3 am or so, so it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom was the only place that looked ok, the toilet wasn’t working the whole time but it was a lot better than the rest of the room. Honestly, I was really surprised to see something like this in Turkey. Every single place I stayed in before in Turkey was always spotless, clean, doesn’t matter if it’s a hostel or a 5*hotel, but this is just pure filth. I don’t see how this place is still open.

The location was owesome. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had access to anything we wanted, such as best restaurants, fun places, public transportation (subway, bus, ...), Historical places,... .

The club beside the hotel was very noisy till 5 am every night. The blanket had no cover and there was just a sheet that we had to cover ourselves and then the blanket. Washing machine in the first room we were settled in, was not working, and we changed the room.

Very nice hotel. Good location and staff , i will stay again and again.

The staff was really kind and helpful. I reserved the place for my mother and she was travelling alone. the staff helped her so much. The only issue you better consider is that the location is good for youth to enjoy the nightlife, not recommended for family or senior people.
