Loved the view of Bosporus from my room. There was a rail station nearby.

Spacious room, newly refurbished, cleanliness, friendly staff. The terrace was the biggest highlight of my stay. I spent half of my time there. The views are just unforgettable

Noisy. There is a nightclub just outside the hotel. I stayed on Friday & Saturday so it was really loud till 2-3am. Plus traffic etc. Not sure how it's during the weekday. There were 2 single mattresses on a double bed which kept shuffling.

The location is perfect. It is near to the metro station and 20 minutes walking from Taksim Square. There is great restaurants and bars near to the hotel

Perfect location- 2 min away begins the street leading to Taksim square/ 4 min to Galata tower. A lot of shops and restaurants near by. Clean and cozy room with a view to Galata tower and the bridges. Helpful stuff.

Location is very good, just in front of metro station.

Worst breakfast i ever had in a hotel , even a no star hotel gives better breakfast than this hotel which is 5 star. And very bad attitude of restaurant staff. Bed was too small and very uncomfortable. Rooms a/c settings were non operable, u cannot turn on ac if you want.

The apartment was well appointed and furniture comfortable including the bed. There is a gym and sauna but the pool was cold. 21 degrees Celsius. Good location. Nice staff. Good restaurant. The bathroom is modern and good.

The indoor pool was too cold. The kitchen lacked scissors, wine opener and only one poor quality kitchen knife.

Location perfect while the metro station next to the hotel and the hotel located next to taksim and staff are good aswell , for sure next trip to turkey will be in this hotel

The only positive thing I can say is the location (close to the metro, shops, restaurant). The breakfast, facilities, and room were subpar.

We stayed here for 7 nights, and the breakfast service was one of the worst experiences. They are incompetent and inconsistent, rude the majority of the time. I would order Simit one day, and the next day it would be an 'extra' cost. They served us nice coffee on Day 1 and then the following days says they will only serve us black filtered coffee. The facilities were on -2 and it stinks of mold the minute you step off the lifts. The fitness and sauna were acceptable. The floor said no smoking but clearly guests are smoking in their rooms. The whole place stank like an ash tray, smoking is clearly part of the culture here but if you care about the air that you breathe — probably not the place for you. Some of the hotel staff are friendly, not all.

Hardly 5 star.should be closed for a renovation And a big cleaning.The food îs over imagination,absolutely awfull ,expired old products for minimal choise oferred.a la carte îs a joke.,5 types of dishes, with missing ingredientes. You can ask for something, and you receive only they consider you should, never met something like this. The poorest breakfast i ve ever seen .,The resteaurants name big chefs îs only a name.the crisis îs everywhere Very disappointing spa,dirty sauna, cold water swimmig pool.,tired furniture, awfull pillows Nothing corresponds The 5 star rating.No food Shop or supermarket My 5 member family was disappointed,coudnt stay more,even we'd like to. Never visit again
