Todo perfecto. Muy limpio, check-in super rápido. Ubicación de 10. Con el alojamiento te dan al hacer el check-in una tarjeta que incluye todo el transporte público durante lo que dure tu estancia. IMPORTANTE: si cogéis el bus/tranvía para ir del aeropuerto a la estación de tren de Basilea o cualquier otro lugar de la ciudad, NO compréis el billete porque enseñando la reserva del hotel, estaría incluido el transporte. Nosotros nos gastamos 6.60€/persona en UN billete sencillo para ir del aeropuerto al centro y al hacer el check-in nos enteramos de que con la tarjeta que te dan en el hotel, estaría incluido ese transporte…

I got a very quiet room (nr 441, small, with just a small window, great for my one night stopover), it was super clean. Very nice lounge area downstairs, and right in the heart of Basel.

Not much, it was good.

It was a safe nice and environment for my wife and her friend. This was their first time in Basel and they couldn't believe the location. It was near everything and they loved being in the middle of the Christmas market . The rooms where extremely quiet considering the location and they were clean. She mentioned the receptionist who also spoke Spanish was a very friendly and helpful person. As they continue to travel through Switzerland they decided to come back one more time as it was a very positive experience.

I have stayed at hotels belonging to this group, namely in Vienna and Brussels, but each time we were pleasantly surprised, especially due to the modern and colorful design. Regarding the accommodation in Basel, the room was an exception and far surpassed other accommodations; the room is spacious and nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is welcoming, and everything is very clean. The location is central, on one of the streets decorated for Christmas, houses, lights, food, atmosphere; in addition, it is a step away from the main commercial street and only a street crossing from the tram station. I have attached a picture with the beautiful view from outside (seen at breakfast) and one when leaving the hotel.

It was a little unusual to have breakfast in the reception area. Regarding the breakfast, I think it would be appropriate to improve it at least with cooked eggs (not only boiled) and more varieties of cheese, because we just are in Switzerland.

Excellent location in central Basel.

Our plug converters did not work in the electric sockets and the USB charging points also did not work. There was no electric kettle in the room.
