The house was spacious and had a great view. Enjoyed the fire pit and kitchen was well stocked-towels seemed very new and fluffy-the house is a bit outdated and the carpet needs cleaning or needs to be replaced but we enjoyed our visit

What a gem! We couldn't have been happier staying at this charming 3-story condo with gorgeous lake views!!! The location is awesome—very close to restaurants and a grocery store in south Lake Tahoe but also peaceful and very comfortable. Mark was very good with communications for checking in and provided a great book at the house with important information. So nice that they had coffee and coffee maker so we didn't have to stress about that the first morning. We loved the awesome whole house speaker setup—so easy to play your Spotify tunes anywhere you wanted. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had an air fryer and stand mixer! Our family loved the pool table, especially once the sun had gone down. This was a wonderful vacation and we plan to come back again and again.

We spent four nights here with our adult kids. Plenty of room for everyone. There were a few things that would have enhanced our stay, but overall it is a nice property with a beautiful view and some nice extra features. One thing we wished we had taken was beach towels. There were nice, white fluffy towels in the condo, but nothing for beach use. We did meet a very nice neighbor who loaned us towels and two beach chairs! We really enjoyed the pool, the fireplace, the selection of games, and the firepit table. The location was really nice, conveniently located to groceries and other shopping. Great place to stay with beautiful views!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. Each person had their own room and plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony was spectacular- we enjoyed it every night. And the location for access to anything in South Lake Tahoe was perfect.

This condo was perfect for us, our adult sons and their girlfriends. The top floor had an amazing view of the lake and the mountains, more than adequate kitchen supplies and spices, plus plenty of space to hang or play cards. Spectrum was doing maintenance in the area which impacted our ability to watch TV and use Wi-Fi, but that is most likely a temporary issue which won’t affect future renters. Overall we loved our four days at the property.

I would rate the property and the property owner very highly. The property was well kept, with a great view from the upper floor with nice accommodations for anyone renting this unit. I would recommend it to any friend or family.

The property is gorgeous with comfortable furnishings and beautiful touches throughout (the original art was a plus). The owner made us feel welcome with thoughtful touches. The Sonos speaker system was so easy to use straight from the Spotify app, we could hear our tunes while playing pool downstairs or cooking dinner upstairs (or even in any bathroom). Access to park our car in the garage was so appreciated during a snowstorm.

We had a very good experience with this rental. Condo was large and spacious with 3 levels and plenty of space for family of 4. Wonderful postcard view from the 3rd floor of Lake Tahoe and snow covered mountains. House was stocked with cooking essentials and plenty of towels in all bathrooms. Hosts had fire wood stacked and ready along with 2 sleds for snow adventures. Condo is located right off the 50 and near the top of the complex. It’s a little hard to navigate at first but iPhone maps take you right to the front door. There was lots of snow and ice when we were there and you for sure need a 4x4 if icy. Short 5-7 minute drive to Stateline and Heavingly village. All and all a great time for us. Hosts communicated quickly thru the app with any questions.

Lake Village home is very large with plenty of space for everyone. Home is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Highly recommended this home anytime of the year, as the location is close to the lake and Heavenly ski mountain.

Amazing view!!! House was clean and well stocked with everything we could ever need! Beds were comfortable enough! Location to hiking and town was perfect! Nice neighborhood! Did I mention the view? Host was very responsive and gave us a small refund for a shower door issue that was fixed promptly even though it was a small thing. And the view!

Great ski spring break
Had a great time in this comfortable and roomy condo. Great place to come back to after a day of skiing. The upstairs with the kitchen, big dining table and couches with big TV is where we found ourselves most of the time relaxing with the beautiful lake view. So close and easy to get to Heavenly. We parked at the Gondola a few times (we paid for parking) and we parked at the California lot (free parking) a few times and both were super easy and quick to get to from the condo. They had everything we needed and then some at the condo. Hosts were great to deal with. Would definitely return again when visiting South Lake Tahoe.

Loved our time here!
We had the sweetest time here! View was spectacular – so good that our group preferred to stay in, watch the sunset over Lake Tahoe, and cook our meals in rather than leave the property. Each night we lit the fireplace, listened to music on the Sonos system, and settled into the surrounding coziness – cozy couch, chairs, large dining table, open kitchen, vaulted ceilings, ambient lighting. Plus comfy beds in all rooms and plenty of bathrooms for privacy. Pool table was an added bonus. And it was SO NICE to be able to park our car in the garage (that was a benefit we’ve never had before on a ski trip!). Would love to make it back here for a summer trip :)

Great spot for a ski weekend!
First time in the South Lake Tahoe area. The condo was awesome and in a great location with amazing lake views on the third floor. A very clean and comfortable option. If we head back to the area will definitely try to stay here again.

The portable A/C unit in the living area works great but the bedrooms were stuffy (fans provided in each bedroom). During our stay Aug 14-18, construction next door was very noisy with lots of hammering and power saws. Definitely ask the property owners if construction is still on going before you book your stay because the hammering is very loud and unpleasant.

This was the perfect getaway for my friends and me. The cabin was nice and large, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. We plan on going back someday - hopefully soon!
