Great location in the heart of Cebu City

Bed was of low quality and not comfortable in sleeping. The air conditioner was very noisy that I could not sleep well at all. The drainage in the shower floor was clogged and the water started to rise from the drainage floor. Most of all, I saw small cockroaches in the kitchen as well as one small dead cockroach on the kitchen counter. WiFi was very slow. The check-in process was also delayed when I arrived. I tried calling and sending messages to the owner but the response was slow. Overall, I didn’t like the place that I want to stay there again though its location was very close to major establishments in the Fuente area.

Staff was pleasant, hotel was responsive if you had issues, thwy would try and fix immediately or try to get you another room of there was a problem.

Was there for a month and didn't had use of gym but advertised as hotel. That was not stated and would of chosen a different location. Pool area closed to early. Had to go down to lobby to get a pool pass and back up to pool area. Not sure the reason as you could just sign in room number. To add to that the elevator system was terribly slow, takes ages due the program installed. It goes to highest point and comes down to you or lowest point and then come up. You have to wait until that happens.
