Lock box was jammed which made retrieving keys difficult.
Apartment clean however as commented by previous occupants only 2 forks and this has not been rectified.

Close to GC Marathon start.
Extremely limited kitchen utensils. 1 fork, 2 spoons, 2 wine glasses etc for 3 adults!!!!

there was no bin bags or items to clean with even though our bond depends on the property being left clean and tidy

Checking in wasn’t good.

Location good and property manager great.
The unit was not very clean, requires a deep clean and maintenance. Very noisy.

Very close too everything that suited me. It was very clean and modern.
Some light bubs are missing plus had a ironing board but NO iron and the aircon won’t turn off unless you turn the main switch off. Door handles in all rooms need fixing.
