After a 25 minute wait in reception after the receptionist had messaged me in advanced to find out arrivals time, a patronising interaction with the man behind the counter and no advanced notice to tell me I “needed” a credit card (and no the only place in the whole world where visa debit some how doesn’t work on their systems but worked fine to pay my bill at the end of the stay) I had to go a get $1000 cash from an ATM (pay ATM fees on top of it) to put down as a bond. Such a shame I as the place facilities and location where perfect absolutely ruined by the male receptionist. The lady that checked us out was wonderful.

The property was central to theme parks and easy to find. It had modern facilities and had everything to make life comfortable.

Male staff was abrupt when dealing with. Office hours were very restricted. Nobody was ever available to assist with anything. No room serviced daily. Room had door handles falling off and lights not working. Construction directly across the road which was noisy and started early so no chance of a sleep in.

Good location, great size for a 3 bed apartment between 6 adults. View was great however there is construction occurring which will eventually (and unfortunately) obstruct the beachfront view. Would stay again. Great value for money as we split between friends.

Location is good but being spoilt by high rise development across the road .Convenient to Tedder Rd restaurants etc

Amazing location so close to all main things, great pool. Cant recommend this place enough was homely and we loved our stay.

Was a little dated but was perfectly clean and tidy.
