The room was not clean at all alot of the stuff was broken, my father fell off one of the chairs and hurt his back

The property was in a good location.
We rented a Golf cart for 24 hours, and was suprised we could not park in the overflow or parking deck. We literally wasted $150.00 .

It was busy. I tend to like secluded, but as nice as it was and considering it’s location to town I see why it stays busy.

The unit was furnished very nicely. We had plenty of room but only had 6 in our party
The master bathroom shower could use some updating. New, more comfortable pillows on the beds should be considered

This condo is excellent. Very Very Clean. Location of Tide Water is great. Kitchen very well stocked. WE truly loved this Condo.
Tidewater in general. Having to pay 38.00 to complete registration and list everyone staying. The elevator system was terrible while we were there until the last day when they seemed to be working better. Extremely difficult to get all things down to beach and back up again. Hot Tub was broken and would come on randomly.
