Pools were great,especially the kiddie splash

Elevator wait was horrible luckly we were on second floor and could go up and down stairs.

Cheap dorm furniture, horrible condition of elevator and boardwalk, to the point that a board broke on the boardwalk while walking on it

Exceptional

I love the apartment, love the location.

It got really cold and I couldn't enjoy the beach but we still had a great time, my kids had a blast in the heated pool!!

Superb

The room was great! More than enough space for our little family. Easy access to the pools and beach thanks to Ms. Karin. We didn't have to listen to the neighbors so everything was quiet for once. Our balcony had an amazing view, and thanks to that our daughter wasn't nearly as scared about being up high.

The master bedroom's bed was harder than we usually sleep on.

We loved our first experience here!

The host Karin was very quick with all the information we needed. Our condo was on the second floor facing the pond. Helpful tips: We took the stairs because it was more convenient for us. parking was great on the ground floor or second. Also we used the 34 street access to the beach because it was less crowded. there was a hose on the side to wash your feet (very helpful) for us! NOW for the beautiful and well set up condo. The bedroom had a very comfortable king mattress and there was room to move around in. The two bathrooms had much storage and the showers had high pressure with hot water all the time. The kitchen had so much storage and everything we needed to cook some meals was right there. Dishwasher worked great too. We never had to contact the host for anything. We had a wonderful relaxing stay!!!

We loved everything about the condo. It is confusing like people say about the garage and elevators. Elevators were NOT slow for us because of the time we were there.

The location was perfect, owner was super friendly and very responsive!

Elevators were slow but that's expected with a big crowd.

The room was extremely nice, I loved having multiple pools to choose from and having the splash pad for the kids! I also loved having the restaurants at the bottom of the hotel.

The only thing we did not care for was the parking garage was not connected to the floors of the hotel. You had to get off and walk to another elevator to get to your room.

The location of this apartment had a great view and was close to the beaches and many restaurants.

Karin was an excellent host. She was easy to communicate with and provided us with great advice on getting to the facility, where to park, ideas for eating, etc. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked with all that you need (towels, shampoo/conditioner, utensils, cups, supplies for washing dishes and doing laundry).

The only thing I can think of would be the comfort level of the mattresses on the bunk beds and pull out couch- they were a bit uncomfortable.

The stay was awesome and the hostess was awesome.

I loved the host responding at a reasonable time, It was in a great location.

I didn’t like the parking in the deck. The elevators didn’t hardly work and I had to walk the stairs with a one year old, luggage, and stroller!

Panama is not family friendly, more for college kids.

Our host was great

The staff was rude (bruce).. we were forced to leave a day early due to rioting , streets being closed, shooting, not safe nor family friendly. Couldn't get in hot tubs do to young drunk kids, and when my children and I did Bruce basically told us we are welcome and to fo to the kids pool, which isn't heated and was about 70 degrees.

The flow in getting from the parking deck to you room was confusing. Other than that it was a nice trip. Me and my will visit again. 😊

Fantastic!

Location was perfect! Literally in the middle of everything. Everything was so nice and clean, beds were so comfy, it wasn't an ocean view but the view from the balcony was so peaceful and clean even though it was over the town. The owners texted us before we arrived and morning of check out and their recommendations were very helpful in the welcome packet. Our kids loved the pools and it was so easy to find things to do on rainy days. We'd love to come back in the future. This was our first trip to PCB and I'm so glad we stayed here!

Some of the elevators weren't working throughout our trip so we took the stairs a lot which wasn't terrible since we were on the 2nd floor but it was a little annoying, but not our hosts fault.

Great apartment!

First of all, the owner Karin was so friendly, helpful, every time in touch! The apartment is big, clean. You have everything that you need in the kitchen, for the beach, on the balcony. The view is amazing! Pools for any choice. Fountain music show every evening. You will not regret it!
