The location was great, everything within walking distance. Condo was very clean.
The refrigerator never got cold the whole time we were there Thursday-Sunday. Elevators were very slow but not horrible.

The view, the pools, my husband got a lot of use out of the coffee maker. The kids enjoyed the DVD. Would be very happy to book there again.
The bed was really high and I'm short couldn't get in it and ended up sleeping on the couch. Loved everything else.

Location, the condo was absolutely beautiful, cleanliness, beds are soft, everything was perfect with this condo. We have been coming to PCB annually for quiet some time now, and this by far has been the best place we’ve stayed in yet!!! We will be back!
THE ELEVATOR SITUATION WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! At times we waited 30 minutes for a elevator that we could even fit in. Also we had kids screaming from the balcony for over an hour our first night and security would not address it.

We always enjoy our stay we recommend to Family and Friends when they ask.
We always Stay at this location every vacation trip, only issue we ran into was our room had animal hair all on the furniture 😔 and the living room TV did not work or the living room remote control. We still manage to Enjoy our stay and will book again on another trip.
Also we was told we was over charge on the Booking.

We loved that everything was walking distance..
Staff was rude when they came around telling everybody to get out of pool due to rain.. We weren’t given the access code for beach entrance and we were stuck waiting by the entrance until my husband walked back over to property.. We called RealJoy and they said we didn’t have beach access 🤦🏼♀️ it was super frustrating...
