we came in and the room wasn’t cleaned and there was trash everywhere. I was over polite to the property manager because we didn’t have time to rebook somewhere else because of the events we had to be in for the wedding we were in. I don’t want to pay for the first night.

Perfect location to downtown. Entry into property worked well with passcode.
Happen to see two concerts that weekend.
Enjoyed dining at the frothy Monkey nearby, they offered a great breakfast
Dishwasher had dirty dishes that weren’t cleaned. The reservation mentioned to put dirty items in dishwasher, but I didn’t expect to have someone else’s dirty items to wash.
Somebody was smoking weed in the elevator - for us completely nasty. Not sure the point of NO SMOKING sign

beautiful, and very close and safe feeling location!! and all of the amenities made it feel like a trip to a resort! never getting hotel again! these lofts are beautiful.
nothing, literally, at all, maybe the lobby smelled alittle like a restroom. but that’s a very, very small problem compared to the BEAUTIFUL apartment.

Felt secure
Wasn’t as clean as we expected or hoped. Linens were dirty, but they did bring us new ones after calling and the shower needs a good scrubbing.
