There were food and bars within walking distance. The owners were nice and flexible with me about the constant time changes with my arrival due to flight delays.

The building doesn’t have an elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. Carrying my luggage up all of those stairs was rough. The place to pick up and drop off keys is far away from the building. The microwave was dirty, the window a/c unit did not fit snug in the window so there were some mosquitoes and gnats in the apartment. There was dust and cobwebs hanging from the curtain rods and there weren’t any blinds in the windows. There fore if I closed the curtains to have privacy, I was blocking the air from the window unit. The cloth seat next to the window was stained I did not want to sit on it. No stoppers in any of the drains in the bathroom and there’s a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.

What breakfast? It was a nice location.

Communications with rental agency were disjointed and i had little to no hot water.

The location is amazing, you're half a block away from Boston Commons, so it doesn't get better than that. Communication with the hosts was great. Just be advised the hot water opens to the opposite side you would expect it to.

If you have migraines and smells bother you a lot, I would warn you the apartment has a particular smell that comes from the window which doesn't close all the way because of the AC.

Location was great - close to Boston Common, good cafes, the theatre district and good transport. Quiet and felt safe. Spacious.

The bathroom needs renovation - it’s very dated, the shower/bath tap dripped constantly, there was a hole in the ceiling where the fan used to be (I guess). The water took ages to heat, and the final temperature was not particularly hot, so you to run and waste a lot of water before you could have a bath or shower. No bath plug. Not a lot of kitchen implements (knives and forks). One coffee cup only!

wasn’t very clean. way too much communication -32 emails. only gave the location of key pick up once. very frustrating

The staff worked exceptionally well with me and provided me with prompt feedback for all of my questions.
