It was in south boston which is a nice neighborhood and the self check in worked very well.

We felt mislead by the photo’s of this property as we thought we’d get a double bed but it was a bunk bed instead. The bed and sheets had a view stains and it was quite noisy because of the sports-bar on the other side of the road.

Yesterday the alarm started and didn’t stop for 2 hours. Today 4 times alarm before 6am. And nobody came to fix.

The location was the only positive thing about the property.

First after arriving it was pouring rain weather and we couldn’t enter the property because the code provided wasn’t working. We called multiple times the phone provided and no one was answering. The line was breaking after few signals. We were lucky someone else was leaving so we managed to get in and leave our bags. After check in time we got to the room and it was just a disaster- nothing like the pictures provided. Room was dark, very humid, with stains and marks on the walls (some water marks). The furnitures in the room were just a joke- whatever we put to the wardrobe it looked like it was about to collapse. Dirty window. And over all of that the smell of the cigarettes was just unbearable, despite the fact that the property is advertised smoke free. We again tried to reach out the property management- without success. We contacted support centre on booking that the place is just a joke and if they could help us. After their messages, the owner of the property responded to our messages on Booking that they will send maintenance team to solve the smoke smell issue. Don’t really know how they would solve it- in the end no one came to even have a look how’s the real situation. Proper joke this place. Not recommend to anyone and for sure not for that amount of money!!

Superior comfortable and clean room and good access to central. In front is a sports bar, so can have dinner and drink very easily.

Unfortunately pc Wi-Fi access didn’t work

The place is very clean.

Location was great. It served its purpose of a place to sleep and shower. With shared amenities I didn’t see anyone which was nice.

We could hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, because there was a huge space between the door and the floor. I stayed for two nights and no one came to clean the bathroom. it was DISGUSTING! feces all over the toilet and hairs, towels with makeup, etc.

The location in South Boston was convenient for using public transportation and not far from where I needed to be for my trip.

It is located across the street from a bar and there is no kind of sound dampening. The facilities are okay, but unfortunately not all of the guests keep the shared areas clean.

Locked out for an hour due to the dead door pin pad and did not get the solution from the property management. The other party helped us to get in the property. Next door neighbor made really loud noise all nights so we couldn’t sleep.

Location was perfect for us. Safety and ease of entrances superb! Will use again if available!

Some one has left globs of toothpaste over mirror, shower glass and counter! Had to wipe down. Kitchen could use a small table for prep space.

The place is super well located, with good restaurants nearby, however the bar in front is a nightmare. they have a party from Thursday to Sunday.

the cleanliness of the bathroom; they don't do it daily. Do not stay in room 101 because it is the closest to the noise of the bar

Our room was very clean. The neighborhood was great.

There was a couple upstairs having domestic disputes, cursing, throwing stuff out the window and down the stairs outside our room. They were yelling a big portion of the night, we couldn't sleep. The kitchen was disgusting, no clean dishes and no room in the fridge for our food, some of our food was stolen, someone on the 1st floor was smoking pot. We felt extremely unsafe in this location. We decided to leave the property and secured a room at a hotel close by.
