1. The key is located at 7 mins away from the studio. 2. told me that "The keys are in a lock box at 55 Anderson Street, Unit 4309, Boston, MA02114. Boston,02114." BUT!!!! it's a market there, not a apt, no lock box. Can you image I walked 7 mins there and found no key during the cold night at 2 am in Boston !!?!?!?!?!! have to stay overnight outside!!! 3. message to the property, but the response is too slow. still cannot check in untill I left.

Not enough towels, key was not in the same location as the apartment, instructions on how to access the property were not clear
