Great location and just what I needed for 1 night.
Horrible process to collect the keys--left me waiting in the convenient store for 3 hours (my entire afternoon when I was only in Boston for 1 day) and the customer support was so bad I cried. The workers at the convenient store told me they've seen everyone staying at this place go through the same process.

Great location, easy access to public transport and close to attractions
At my arrival, room was not clean and ready. At almost 8 pm and after traveling 12 hours by plane it was very disappointing to have to wait for the place to be cleaned. Will not be staying with any of your properties again.

It's right next to everything. This includes the Boston commons and downtown Boston. Would say this is an extremely great value.
How difficult it was to pick up the keys. The tenant above our apartment was very loud stomping on the ground.
