This property was absolutely perfect. Everything was squeaky clean. The location is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but also easy walking distance to downtown Saugatuk was perfect. Tracy could not be easier to work with and even texted us during our stay letting us know about events around town. It was almost like having a friend in town! We visit Saugatuck every year and hope to stay here again.

From booking to the last day, Tracy was on constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. She provided us with wonderful recommendations based on what we wanted to do during our trip. The house was beautifully decorated. From the stocked white noise machines in the bedroom to the stocked kitchen with plates, glasses,etc. We had such a great time and you can't beat the location! We will definitely be back again!

This property was one of the best! Tracy was an amazing hostess. She provided so many things to make our stay comfortable and easy. She truly thought of everything from the step stools to reach top shelves, to the laundry and dishwashing detergent to scissors and tape!!! I was thoroughly impressed. The blankets, towels and bedding were super comfortable. The location is just perfect! We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back!

Tracy's property is lovely! It was immaculately clean, well appointed and full of thoughtful touches. From our welcome gift to the binder of information about the local area, she has thought of everything. She even provided beach towels, bags and chairs for our use if we needed them! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The location was quiet, yet close to town and perfect for walking everywhere. Tracy was quick to respond to any questions we had and offered fun suggestions for current happenings in the area. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Tracy!!

This house was just perfect. The location was right downtown Saugatuck. We went to the theater which was right across the street. We went to the market. We walked to outdoor yoga. We played pickle ball and walked there. We walked to dinner breakfast and to shops. We also walked to the chain fairy that took us across to oval beach. Super fun. The house was immaculate. And our host was just amazing. We locked her self out of the rental house and she helped us right away. We will be back. What a great place to stay

This property is the cleanest we have ever stayed in! It is so nice to park the car in the driveway and walk to the stores and restaurants in town. Definitely recommend for small families or groups - Tracy was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. We look forward to coming back!

Just spent three days in Saugatuck for a couples getaway. This was our first trip and already thinking how we can go back. The location was perfect! We loved walking the town and checking out the shops and dining. The house was immaculately clean and had any amenity you would need. Tracy made check in and out a breeze. It was exactly what we needed for our getaway!

The home is just a short walk to Downtown (shopping and restaurants), short drive to Oval Beach & Mt. Baldwin Park and easy to access if checking out other beach towns along Route 196. Was perfect for time with a girlfriend and to see the tulips in Holland. Would definitely stay again!

This was a lovely property, beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained! The accommodations were sparkling clean and all details of the home were very well thought out...from kitchen appliances to extra reading glasses stashed away, we wanted for nothing! The owner was very easy to work with and a great communicator. We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Glass, and would not hesitate to book again.

Very cozy house, newly renovated, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked for guests. Location could not be better, only a few blocks from downtown but at the end of a quiet, one-way street, just behind the Arts Center. Host is very accommodating and great to work with. The perfect place to stay in Saugatuck!
