The condo was clean and conveniently located. The team I contacted for help responded quickly. Huge tear in couch in living room. There was a TV but not even the most basic TV service provided. The mattresses in the second bedroom were so thin and flimsy that they would only be adequate for very young children. The Kitchen and deck were very nice.

Great home in a wonderful location (backs up to a golf course)! Peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Home owner was very kind. I recommend this home for a quiet, and relaxing getaway!

The property did not list A/C but had portable air units which was a life saver. it was hot in Flagstaff that week.

Cozy well-appointed condo. Nice patio area on the edge of a fairway. Luxuriously large king size bed. Tub area converted to fairly spacious walk-in shower in master bedroom. The home had two very large newer TV's and when we couldn't figure out how to use them the hosts responded with a visit to help. Alas, they couldn't figure them out either. I have a real pet peeve about hosts who don't provide at least simple basic local TV programming in their basic nightly rate, or EASY access to it. This is a 5-star unit if TV had been provided, although I admit to NOT missing the ever-dismal daily news. Otherwise it's a nice quiet location with easy access to all Flagstaff destinations.

If we are in the Flagstaff area again we will definitely stay here, highly recommend.
