Would definitely return again!

The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh!

Pool and hot tub water temperature was colder than expected.

It could good if hotel is not denying that there was something left in the room. And it turned out to be important medic

Property is new.

I left my injectable medicine in the room fridge. We reported to the hotel the next day after unpacking my things. The hotel claimed that nothing was left in the room. The package was inside a pharmacy bag and wrapped in insulated bag. The staff should have checked before disposing.

Clean, convenient and very welcoming.

Breakfast was remarkably busy so it was difficult for the staff to keep the buffet supplied. Overall, they did a great job.

The heating fan was very loud and seemed to run very frequently. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. We will request quieter a room on our next visit.

Perfect clean hotel to stay for skiing

Such a relaxing and beautiful stay!

Breakfast was great! A variety of different foods and there was more than enough for everyone! Loved the cinnamon rolls :)

Beautiful area and excellent hotel!!

All we did was a little sightseeing, but the area was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the blue mountain Village! We will come back again

Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel itself was well kept and clean. Would stay there again.

Breakfast location was fine. However, the breakfast itself was poor. Limited choices and the sausages and potatoes were cold and we had to return them.

Дуже дивний і неприємний запах на першому поверсі біля ресепшена. Загального враження це не зіпсувало оскільки в номері цього запаху немає.

We really enjoyed our stay

The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast staff was helpful, cheerful and entertaining.

The hot tub could have been warmer.

Modernes Hotel am Stadtrand von Collingwood.

Ein modernes Hotel mit guter Zimmerqualität und bequemen Betten. Man ist mit dem Auto innerhalb kürzester Zeit im Zentrum von Collingwood. Vor dem Hotel sind ausreichend Parkplätze kostenlos verfügbar.

Obwohl das Zimmer bei Abreise mit der Kreditkarte bezahlt worden war, blieb derselbe Betrag in voller Höhe noch 14 Tage auf meiner Kreditkarte blockiert.

A very comfortable stay.

Everything is brand new, bright and clean. The beds are super comfortable, including the pillows and duvets. The hotel personnel is very friendly.

Diversity of food served for is not the best.

Nice stay but a bit pricey

The hotel look new and breakfast is good.

The cleanliness is not as good as in review. My room has bad smell coming from air conditioner. The bathroom door frame and the rim of the sink have stains and dirt. But overall still look clean.
