Amazing location less than a mile from the centre. Great off street parking. Spacious, quiet apartment. Great comms from host - easy access etc
Quite sparse and basic furnishings - but has everything you need.

It’s a fully furnitured apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a private parking spot. The owner was very kind and helpful. Apartment us clean and tidy. There’s an oven, microwave and big fridge.
Unfortunately the floor above bedroom squeaks and it was very cold when I came, however temperature outside was also extremely low around 10F (welcome to Vermont!).

Clean comfy and great value
A tea kettle would be nice. Otherwise very happy

great location. easy access. had bare minimum but good for a quick stay where all we needed was a kitchen and place to sleep.
furnace cycled on and off every 30 seconds. it was bitter cold out and the house is old so it was clearly struggling.

Good location. Close to downtown Church Street Marketplace. Has parking lot. Good for family weekend stay.
We love the coffee store and Myer's Bagel Bakery in the neighborhood.
Burlington is very cold in the wintertime. If you have more than 2 people in your group, suggest to bring a thick quilt or sleeping bag for sofabed in the living room.

it was a convenient place to stay. very quiet, nice neighborhood. Had most of the things we needed to stay 3 weeks.
the only thing that was so great was kitchen wear. We ate in a lot and not enough pans to cook with or utensils. also the sheets were scratchy.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was a quiet and an attractive neighbourhood. It was an easy 20 minute walk to downtown. The nearby City Market Onion River supermarket was terrific - great for supplies and ready meals to reheat. The apartment is cosy and comfortable. It was very clean. Excellent shower. Would recommend.

The apartment was in a convenient location and there was off street parking. The neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment was clean.
We killed quite a few ants during our stay. Had a little difficulty with the TV. The WiFi was in and out. Overall, we had a good stay.

Very spacious and conveniently located.
It was really cold inside, although I was able to find enough blankets to sleep with.

The location was OK, and met our need for an overnight stay while traveling. The apartment was clean and adequate for our needs. Furnishings and supplies were sparse, but we had what we needed. The cost was lower than other options, but was still higher than we're used to paying (but I guess that's "par for the course" in the Northeast). The internet connection was good.
It was a basic "bachelor's apartment" that lacked homey touches. The lack of a closet in the bedroom was disappointing. There weren't many chairs, and one of them was broken (just the seat, no back).

No coffee filters.

It was larger than expected. Everything was very tidy and accommodating.

Good location that's walking distance to downtown. Clean. Free parking.
Owner who lives upstairs was playing loud music, in spite of having a notice taped to the fridge saying no loud music??? Read the fine print about the $40 cleaning fee.

Location was fine and within walking distance of downtown Burlington. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Good communication from host.
The property is very bare bones and not very attractive.

Dedicated parking in a local just a few blocks from downtown. Apartment was quiet and intimate. Full kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Spacious, clean, walking distance to several food and drink spots (as well as waterfront), toiletries (soap, conditioner, shampoo, lotion) and linens provided, A/C in bedroom, desk for working, living area for hanging out or doing bodyweight exercises, pantry items in kitchen for folks planning to cook, coffee machine, clear directions, helpful and nice host, excellent price, not that dusty (I am sensitive to dust), quiet area but still not far from main attractions.
Minor things: bedroom sliding door doesn't fully close, no small table in bedroom for a luggage stand (for those of us who don't want to put our stuff in the wardrobe outside the bedroom) or just extra space to place knickknacks, bedside lamp didn't work unless the plug was angled a certain way (maybe an outlet or plug problem?). Otherwise I was super super satisfied.
