Walking distance to everything and a welcoming staff that makes you feel that you are part of their family. Truly a FiRST CLASS service.

The location was perfect, we had a nice sized room overlooking the lake (with the bed positioned to make the most of the view) and it was a quick walk into town.
The hotel only has maids come into the room every other day unless you ask. We were not informed on this on check in and I was shocked our bed had not been made the next day when we came back in the evening. When we complained we were told of the policy and that we should have been told this on check in, which we weren’t. I have not heard of this in any other hotel either in the US, UK or Europe and have travelled extensively for work and leisure, so it’s disappointing from a reputable hotel company.

Very comfortable well appointed room. Excellent central location for exploring Burlington. Super friendly reception staff who gave loads of recommendations. Complimentary bikes form the hotel were a bonus , would highly recommend cycling the bike trail along Lake Champlain

Excellent lake view. Room was comfortable and well furnished...didn't need to ask for additional items. Clean. Hot cocoa k-cup would be nice in addition to coffee.
For the cost of stay, continental breakfast (at least muffin and beverage) should be provided at no extra cost. We were shocked it wasn't as other lesser cost hotels on outskirts of city provide. Also, adjoining parking garage costs $15 more. Really? At nearly $500 for 1-night stay, you need to charge for parking?

Wall paper coming off walls and tainted orange in corners. We were given a handicap room and it had zero counter space in bathroom. The floor was wet and slippery. The little stand that held tissue was very dirty.

More cheerful lobby.. flowers maybe . it was just basic

Great hotel in a great location.
The hotel was excellent and was exactly what I wanted.

good location and facilities. A nice touch is the security aspect of using your room card for the elevator. Reassuring that not just anyone can wander the hotel.
the price.. the hotel is nice, but it is not the Ritz.

Typical Marriott. Clean and well run
Cost. For $400 a night, we got a view of a wall and the back of an office building. No lake view. Over priced.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Nice hot tub and indoor pool open until 11pm
We got there before check in (not expecting nor demanding the room to be ready) and the front desk lady said they’ll call us when it was ready in about an hour. So we went downtown to make some time, walked around, sat down and after two hours (already past check in time) we decided to go back to the hotel. There was someone else at the front desk and the room was ready. I would’ve liked that the person who said was going to call us, did. You also have to pay 15 por parking. Besides that, it was what expected. Pillows aren’t great and bathrooms are a bit dated

it’s cozy, clean and decor is updated. the staff are friendly and helpful.
The pool. for the price of the stay, I wish it had a better pool facility.

Room Quality was exceptional. Very clean, quiet, well set up. TV could be better, but we weren't really there for that. Free Maple Hard candies at the desk were delicious!
Lack of Valet, confusing entrance, paid parking. Nothing much really, Stay was a delight.

The room was nice, bed comfortable and the view of the city, lovely. The room, bathroom very clean.
The hotel is centrally located in the city.
The AC/heating element in the room was exceedingly LOUD!! We finally had to turn it off.
Is it a "thing" that the room isn't cleaned on a daily basis or do you not have enough help? Just wondering.
At breakfast the 1st morning, there was no fruit cup, muffins or croissant. 2nd morning, no fruit cup.
For the $$$ spent on the room I'll check out surrounding hotels next time.

Asked for two queens when arrived and extra $30 a night for that. Slept v poorly on so called pull out couch. Only big enough for small child.
Only paper cups in room and lobby. Awful!
Made up rooms eod.
Safe didn’t work even after some one reset it.
Given Wrong combo for bike lock so, couldn’t make any stops on bike trip. V. Uncomfortable bike also.

Ate breakfast at an offsite location.
When I used the spare blanket stored in the closet, I noticed a white crusty circular stain on it. You can imagine what went through my mind! Also, usually there is a new roll of toilet paper on the roll in the bathroom, not this time. Very little left on the roll. Asked for a view of the lake, did not really get one.

We loved it! Very nice - it was not at all cookie cutter like you may expect from a big chain.
Everything felt very unique and homey.
It's in a great location, you can walk to lots of great sites and restaurants in Burlington from the hotel.
Oh and it was our honeymoon so they gave us free champagne and snacks... did not expect it but a really nice touch!
Food was good but slightly expensive.

Good security. Very clean room.
No free breakfast. Like outdoor pool instead of indoor and very unhappy have to pay for parking.
