That it was some what close to some food places. I did get moved to a different room but it was only within that last two days of my trip an the room still had a problem with bugs
The amount if roaches. I could hardly get any sleep with how many roaches would appear. Crawling from under the door, between the walls where the floor meets the wall an the bathroom. For what I paid for only a weeks stay was pretty disappointing. With the dirty walls uneven bathroom leading to the shower being more of a bath with how uneven it was. Fridge was not clean prior to my arrival. There was old food in the top of the fridges freezer area. This place needs alot of work.

Host was super accommodating and didn't hesitate to refresh extras. Overall comfortable and cozy. Would stay again
Could have been cleaned before my arrival, that being, before check-in, but was cleaned very promptly after

Not a safe place for cars. There are junkies walking around outside at all hours of the day and night. Our car got broken into our second night at the property.

It was good for what it was.
There was a mouse. Also the bathroom sink was not properly attached to the wall.

It was just like staying in an apartment, there was ample street parking.
There was no door or curtain for the bedroom to keep it dark

I loved that I was a short walk from the St Charles streetcar which is open 24hours .
Even the boys in the local shop looked out for me and introduced me to everyone!
It was nice to have an internet TV in the house for the wet days and the times when I was waking up early due to the time difference.
I did fall through the floor one night but they fixed the floor the next day.
Also could have done with some plates in the house, also a washing machine would be a great addition for the future , could also do with a couple of blankets for the winter nights

Very clean, many options to keep cool with A/C and fans, great hair care products, all the amenities you would receive from a hotel. The other residents were accommodating of our safety and courteous. It was cleaner and more comfortable than expected for an excellent price. Near public transit, a 30 minute walk from French quarters, and 24 hour food and alcohol nearby.

It was so clean.
I am very disappointed with this apartment. There was no hot water, everything smelled of weed and there was no light in the property. So scary for a young lady. The host did not see my message when I arrived (he still haven't answered) and was not there for me.

The shower was allright and that is about it.
Poor ventilation and no air conditioning were present and it was extremely hot inside at times.

They had a coffee pot and a couple coffee cups. There were two towels and the bathroom was clean
the price I guess it was fine. When getting there the place is in between two broke down abandon buildings. There were homeless outside on the side street. The keys were in a lock box and easy to get to. The floors were not clean, but the kitchen was. The fan made a loud noise and there were no windows. The small air conditioner in the window stopped working after the next day was 97. It was 87 in the house at 8 p.m when outside was nicer.
BIG BIG PROBLEM, since the house is not in a good location the fact there was a 2 inch gap from door to frame was scary. The door barely locked and when pushed on it came

The accommodation was beautiful. Complete value for money.
Knowing what I know now - i would stay again.
There was no internet. Responses to questions asked by other travellers on booking.com had indicated that internet would be available.
Unless one had a car, the location was problematic. Felt rather unsafe at times - especially at night.

the pad was not clean from previous renter. I called management and they made the bed by the time I got back to the room.
there was no heat and a few nights in the 40’s during my visit. no extra blankets.
the ad said 1500 sq ft. this place is very small only about 120 sq ft.
this place needs a deep cleaning. there was mold growing in the shower. the floors were very dirty with hair still present. a good mopping on the floors is needed. I didn’t use the kitchen or coffee maker due to the level of uncleanliness. I did not go barefoot in this crash pad.
my rating would definitely go up if they just cleaned this place.

The location is not bad and very easy to find parking, as well as decently connected with the french quarter and close to Magazine Street, having a kitchen with some (very limited) cutlery and appliances is nice
The place is really not clean, like they just change the sheets but not even sweep, with a lot of dirt in the floor and shower (this one doesn't even drain and you will need flip flops to shower), there were spiders in the bathroom and not enough towels. The place is small and very very dated, with rusty, old and broken furniture. Very uncomfortable bed with a flat small pillow. Also, is a ground level apartment with no ventilation, so it gets hot and humid, and the AC and fans provided are very noisy. The place has potential but definitely needs a renovation investment and professional cleaning between guests.
There's a lack of essential items (no mope, sweeper or kitchen rags), and all in all is a pity because it could be solved with a very small investment and some care for details.

location was great, near the bus line. Around the corner from my sister. The area was well lit. many places to eat from was a plus. Very private . The neighbor came out and introduced his self welcoming me to the city.
The bed was a bit hard. The door seemed not quite stable, the handle came off. Had a funny smell, dirt in the corner of the kitchen wall behind the air machine. It got cold couldn't find the heater.

Cozy
Unstaffed self serving facility. But I called the number listed and was helped.
