Being so far away from the elevator and that the pool closed at 8 that was a big bummer considering that's when it would be cool enough to enjoy.

I arrived at the property about 6pm. Upon checking in , I was not aware that the facility did not accept chime cards, it is not noted on the website. Finally, I used my debit card which was approved by the credit card reader, however the employee working at the front desk told me the transaction was declined and that I would have to pay the full price for the room and a 250.00 deposit for incidentals. I am not sure why I was asked to pay for the room again when I checked my credit card statement and the room was paid in full. This was a huge inconvenience for my family and I, I thought that paying for the room in advance would make the process easier, unfortunately it was not. Also, I have stayed at this property several times in the past,however I do not plan to stay at this property again while I am visiting family.

Breakfast was a good selection. Location was awesome! Loved the covered interior hallways - plants were awesome and produced a nice setting! Everyone so helpful and friendly!!

If I work hard to find a nit about the room, there appeared to be mold/mildew along the underside of the bathroom sink bowl. It would have been nice to swap out scrambled eggs every day for something else hot like maybe pancakes or waffles.

I loved the stay it was nice and clean. Just didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast it was overcrowded.

It was too overcrowded and the hotel wasn't prepared for it we were there for a few days and it took a full day to get towels

Security-this place needs security! Our truck window was smashed right out front of the hotel and apparently nobody saw anything and the staff was not helpful at all! Valet was also shady! Do not stay here!!!

Location

I was charged for valet services I never received, the mattress was extremely hard, the noise from the street was loud. The front desk was not welcoming nor accommodating.

Location and the room.

My room was not clean during my stay even after requesting to be clean. I had to literally go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and bed linen.

The location was fantastic, the outdoor sitting areas and pool seemed a lot less closed in than other properties we looked at, the rooms were huge.

My only complaint was the bed wasn't the most comfortable. But that's personal preference.

I was sent an email saying that my request was granted for the top floor then when I get there the manager moved my room to the first floor. I was not a late check in. The door was broken upon arrival. I had to walk to the desk 3 times. When the door finally was fixed the tv was broken and remote for the other tv was broken. The ice machine in the refrigerator was broken as well. It was not worth the price at all.

The rooms are huge! The breakfast was good, the hospitality can't be beat.

Kids wished the pool stayed open later, that's about the only complaint!
