We had a great view of downtown and the room was nice and clean. The bed nice and comfy and we both rested well. The shower was really nice and we both like that. We usually slept in but one day we took advantage of the breakfast and it was great! We both ordered an omlet and it was really good. All the staff was super nice and very helpful.

I thought it was a bit odd that the lobby was on the 11th floor and was a bit crowded at times since there was only one elevator from the 1st to the 11th floor. We stayed on the 14th floor and there were plenty of elevators from the 11th to the other floors. The temp in the fridge was too cold and it was freezing our drinks and couldn't find a way to adjust it.

The property was located in the heart of the city and in walking distance to restaurants and the parade route! It is also connected to the Hyatt Regency which has great restaurants and bars. The complimentary breakfast with ready made omelets were a plus!

The bathroom was quite small.

The ceiling leaked in our room. It was coming from a sprinkler. The carpet was wet and smelly. There was no desk light in our room. There were not enough blankets. The TV did not work.
