This home is spacious and has a wonderful charm to it. We liked having coffee or a little cocktail on the front porch. Playing board games and reading books were great. The rooms were nice and everyone slept comfortably. It’s close to Main Street in Julian which is a four min walk. Convenient.
The only negative thing I can think of is there is no central air. There is an air unit only in the living room that circulates into the kitchen and dining room. We improvised and opened the windows at night to cool down. Everything else was wonderful.

It was convenient to downtown, roomy for 3 families and 2 babies!
There wasn’t central air and we happen to be there during a heat wave!

The Heart of Julian was very roomy and comfortable for the six of us. Perfect location for exploring everything Main Street has to offer!

The location is perfect, so close to town. The house is beautiful and had everything we could have needed. The host was very responsive and easy to talk to. We will definitely be coming back.

The location was primo. Walking distance to town, very convenient. Great outdoor space, with fire pits. Very comfortable. We could spread out nicely inside. We would highly recommend and would return here.
We had a hard time heating the downstairs with the pellet stove.

The property is nestled in a residential area right around the corner from town, giving you a nice balance between privacy and proximity. Also, the house is very comfortable and well-furnished.
I'm searching for reasons to nitpick here, but I suppose it would have been nice to have a DVD player provided.
