This was a very cute and quaint place to stay. We loved the decor. I only have 2 suggestions. The first would be to add decaf coffee as a selection and possibly a Keurig coffee maker. The second would be to add a floor length mirror. If we make it back to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing little property - just as advertised. Was perfect for us while in town for a wedding with friends. A great short walk into town and just adorable overall. Great time!

Nice property. Only note is that the bathroom shower is designed horribly—the door doesn’t completely seal, and the exterior floor floods.

We spent a weekend here and enjoyed our stay. Property is small, but that's made clear in the description. It was perfect for 3 if us. There's no stove, but we didn't need one. We didn't walk into town (drove), it's walkable, but definitely not a quick walk. My only complaints were how wet the shower made the floor and I found the mattress uncomfortable. The mattress is a preference thing. Others might love it. Overall, I would stay here again.

We had a fabulous host and our stay was described! We could walk to downtown to shop and dine :) I enjoyed starting a new book on the patio with coffee each morning.
The place was cute from top to bottom and slept 4 comfortably. We even had a movie night on the sofa . Communication was easy and I am glad our host worked with us when we had to change our dates . Thanks for the memories :)

This is the perfect spot to stay in Saugatuck! You are in walking distance to downtown & Douglas. The place perfect for our group, we loved every minute of it!

Updated, beach-themed studio
Easy to access, slightly confused about outside common area, there is a table with chairs that seemed to be common. Nicely trimmed out and bright, beach-themed, the best could do with space limits. No cooking (range/grill) so had to microwave or eat out, no dishwasher. Only view was to front common area, listing made me think there was a water view. Other windows were near ceiling, so no view. Very neat and clean, well amended.

Really charming little studio, very clean and big enough for 2 teens and one adult (but probably not for much more!). Had everything we needed except for extra blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa, but that was not a big deal. Overall, it was an excellent stay and really well located to walk into town.

This property was just what we needed. The murphy bed and pull out couch was comfy.It was well stocked with everything we needed.. The courtyard was great to sit out in the morning with coffee to plan our day of shopping and dining.

I just would suggest they have more pillows and extra blanket since one of the beds is a sofa bed and did not have what we needed to make it extra comfy! Everything else was great!

Great studio rental! Walking distance to shops and food in Saugatuck! Guaranteed parking spot that fits two cars. Very clean and quiet. Would be nice if there was a coat rack or hooks for clothes since there is no closet. Otherwise perfect!
