Huge kitchen, several living area, very convenient for the family

Loved the central and convenient location. The house was spacious, allowing for 5 adults to be comfortable, as well as having your own space. The staff were very accommodating and helpful at any time of day.

The directions to the lock box needs to be changed to the barrier in the carport, not the driveway 😉 The only complaint I can come up with is that some items in the kitchen needed to be cleaned. Also couldn't open the coffee machine to get the pods in, not sure what has happened there.

The house is very well set up. Lots of thoughtful provisions such as games and books. The kitchen is better equipped than our own I think!

The master bed mattress is very soft. This will appeal to some but didn't do my back any favours.

The heating was excellent, the decor, the spaciousness, well equipped, beautiful ceilings and decor. Huge kitchen, lots of space and terrific outdoor area. Absolutely comfortable and a perfect home for a city escape. Close to town. With a portable ramp at back this was quite a an accessible property for my wheelchair. The main shower was tight but doable. Thank you for accommodating us!

Need bandaids in first aid kit pls. There is a drain in the main shower recess that cut my husbands toe, he was bleeding in the bathroom floor. Pls fix for WHS. Shelf in main shower cannot be reached so made showering difficult!
