Location and we had stayed many times before.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. Didn’t expect to see last occupants pubic hair in the shower. It looked like the motel were saving money on fabric because the curtains barely met in the middle and definitely didn’t keep the light out from the outside lights at night time. As a result it was a very light room to sleep in.

Fairly central to restaurants in town.
Nicely renovated bathroom.
Bed was a bit hard.
Air-conditioning is not really suited for this cold.

Centrally located. Very spacious room with comfy king sized bed. Very clean. Highly recommended New bathroom with large walk in shower. We requested and got a ground floor unit with parking at the door - great if you have mobility impairment.

The room was exceptionally clean and warm, comfortable and modern and an easy walk to the town centre.

The property was very well presented, perfectly clean & well positioned in middle of Bathurst
The 3 bedroom apartment description on Booking.com indicated it was wheelchair accessible on ground floor when in fact it was on first floor with stair access only. This made it very difficult, unsafe & painful for my 90 year old parents with mobility issues being partially carried up 2 flights of stairs.

very good location and very quiet despite being near the highway very good facility the staff member upon my late arrival was very friendly the place has a small gym for those who stay a tad longer than I did

Big place,clean,tidy,young man in reception was lovely,friendly,helpful and nothing was too much trouble for me being pain in the rear about not getting door key to work lol at times lol just had door issues again lol I have door issues lol

The room we had booked and paid for we had to move out of and no discount was offered even tough we had a smaller foom a smaller bed.
