Property is old and run down. Not worth the money. Upon entering, it smelled like a full can of air freshener was emptied and we had to open windows it was so strong. What was it covering? Place was dirty and things are not working. - ALL towels were wet from washing/drying - king bed comforter/sheets had stains on them. We bought new sheets. When we washed original stuff on bed it came clean (Were they ever washed?) - kitchen counter, cabinets and shelves in cabinets were sticky and dusty - white chairs in picture are no longer white - floor through out the place made our socks black - door handles, doors and molding on inside of bathroom/bedroom doors were brown from lack of cleaning - 1 kitchen cabinet front is broken, 1 bathroom cabinet is broken, fan in one bathroom is not working. - wifi dropped almost daily-had to unplug to reset as well as unplug TV to get it to reset once wifi reset - some lights not plugged in, 1 missing a bulb - some wall plugs don't work - the fans to keep the place cool are so dusty - they made the place dirtier so we had to clean them. - Windows are so dirty, you cannot see out of some of them. Yes that dirty. - Patio - the chairs are locked to the table with chain (no key) and covered with dirt and bird poop. The chairs are rusty especially the chairs that the neighbor's dogs pee on. (yes-we saw it) No cleaning supplies. After we bought, we spent the better part of the first two days cleaning the place as best we could.

Great location with easy access to beach, eats and space to cook in if that’s your jam! Host was quick to respond with any questions. Quiet at night as well.

Excellent location & accommodation for the money. Steps to the beach. Should have read up as there was no AC. My bad. A little humid at nite. Ceiling fans helped.
