Booking & communication with our hosts was easy and arrangements for entry & car parking was good. The flat was beautiful with all amenities provided and the location excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, lot of space, feel like home.

Very well furnished flat, providing a lovely atmosphere. It was right at the centre of the town, well located for visiting the town, restaurants and hiking.

Very comfortable property, very well equipped, comfortable bed, everything immaculate and lovely little starter pack of bread, milk, tea bags etc as well as a nice chilled bottle of Prosecco!

Stairs quite steep for my elderly mum but she managed them.

Butter, jam and bread plus tea coffee and milk all available in the kitchen. Ample for my needs. Location is in the centre of Stonehaven so easy access to boardwalk and harbour. Lovely warm decor, tasteful furnishings and comfy beds. As I remarked in the guest book, the Snug is a jewel in Stonehaven’s crown. I’d book again without hesitation.

One very minor criticism and I am nit picking. A light over the bathroom mirror would be useful.

The snug is comfy, cosy, cool & Kitsch with absolutely everything that you need & then some, we really didn't want for anything in terms of the kitchen being kitted out or indeed towels The welcome pack was also unexpected but warmly received Location was great just a few minutes walk into Stonehaven & my daughters enjoyed being able to head out and explore or shop by themselves A short drive to Aberdeen as well was also a bonus & we did the excellent Go-Ape at Crathes The snug was a perfect base for an explore of the area & I'm looking forward to coming back Amanda's instructions for getting into the apartment were first rate & I get the impression that had we needed anything else we could have just asked!

The location was very good for all amenities. We supplied our own breakfast.The apartment was very comfy and cosy.

The apartment was at the top of the building with quite a lot of stairs, but it was good exercise.

This a lovely comfortable apartment in an ideal location. No it doesn’t have sea views but you are 5 mins from the harbour. 3 mins to the town centre. Bedrooms well appointed. We had a great games night taking advantage of the Uno and dominoes. And a new drawing game that my 6 year old nephew loved. They really have thought of everything with a lovely breakfast parcel waiting for us and the ubiquitous bread and milk. It sounds simple but these thoughtful touches epitomise our whole stay. Quality TV package as well for those who like some telly while they are away and very comfortable beds. The whole stay was just perfect.

It is quite a lot of stairs so not ideal if you have mobility challenges but my 79 year old mother managed just fine

The apartment was well equipped, homely and comfortable. A high chair was provided at our request which was extremely helpful to us. The beds were so comfy, with lovely clean bed linen and plenty towels to use.

The high chair was useful but didn’t have a table attached and the dining table was too high to sit the high chair at. An IKEA high chair would be ideal. The shower screen could be upgraded as we felt the water run out a lot.

Be at the Snug was excellent! We expended a beautiful time; the property has been so good and comfortable, with a very thoughtful and careful planning to fulfill every family need. We enjoyed been in a cozy and lovely environment; Amanda was very kind and the town has an incredible location to visit different outstanding places.

Apartment was excellent. Had everything you needed and some lovely extras. It is very well decorated and extremely comfortable and clean. Added bonus of private parking space.The location is ideal just minutes walk to beach , harbour, town and walks. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Stonehaven again.

We rented The Snug which is a self catering flat. Everything was extremely good, even though we weren’t aware that the flat is situated at the top of 2 flights of stairs. The Snug completely lives up to its name. It’s beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable sitting room and very comfortable beds. Amanda, the owner, is delightful and very helpful. We’d happily stay in The Snug again and equally happy to recommend it.

Nothing to dislike.

This is a really lovely apartment in a great location - a short stroll into the town centre or the harbour. The apartment itself is so thoughtfully appointed and everything is of a really nice quality, from the beds and bedding through to all the kitchen equipment, coffee machine and a cracking Bluetooth speaker - I need to get myself one of those :-)
