The location is wonderful. It is about a ten minute walk to the French Quarter and fifteen minute walk to the WWII museum. The party is close enough to walk to but distant enough that nights are pretty quiet and not disruptive. Great bars, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, many within steps of Sextant. The building is beautiful, the lobby and outdoor space really spectacular.

This place is super clean, beautiful and comfortable. It's the perfect distance from all the great downtown spots and the communication from the unit is great. My expectations for the experience were honestly exceeded. I would highly recommend anyone coming to New Orleans to stay here.

Staid here with friends for a conference. It is walking distance to so many things and in a secure building. The unit was very clean and well kept. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the bedding--the sheets felt very cheap and did not stay on the mattress will. Also, the mattress on the sofa bed was not the best, but it served us at least for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again. It was also helpful they had a room to keep your luggage until you are able to check in.

The property was safe and secure. The condo was clean. Great view of the courtyard. Nice location far enough away from party like atmosphere but close enough to walk to. I would stay here again.

The walls are thin. We could hear our neighbors and the people above us. The mattresses were squeaky too. The fold out sofa was a joke the mattress on that was from 1960. Horrible!!!! The tv in the bedroom the volume would not work. It was impossible to see the numbers on the lock box.

Stayed with our family of 4, includung older teens, over the Christmas week. The building and units are extremely charming, with the exposed brick and updated flooring kitchens and baths The pictures are accurate. Good exterior security with codes for the door and staff at the front desk (sometimes). They use a key in lockbox at each door for your room, which I disliked. On our first night there, around 8:00 PM, 2 men entered our unit that was locked and my teenage son was sleeping in the couch. They left, but after a call to management the next day, no one could verify who, or why someone was able to unlock our door. They gave us the option tp move to another room, which we did. And they addressed this just before the Christmas holiday, and they did try to resolve the matter to our satisfaction. Our 2nd unit was just as charming and showed a little more wear with some broken items, but was equal in accomodations. We made the walk to the French Quarter, Royal St and the WaterFront many times. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and we Ubered to Commander's Palace and from the music district at night. It was a great stay and I recommend the building and location.

An amazing property. Great amenities. All the utensils you required to make your stay feel like home. All new and nice and clean. Don't miss out on this one.

On the whole great. Had a cracked toilet seat, poor water pressure and no supplies. If u stay here go to the Roussa’s for groceries ASAP.

I loved everything about this place except for the WiFi signal.

The property was great with access to our own personal rooftop area. It’s located in the warehouse district which was ok, but will stay closer to the French Quarter or Central Business district next time. Everything was great about the place except the living room furniture was not comfortable. Maybe would have been ok if we did not need to use the pullout couch, but since we did, it was hard and uncomfortable.

This property was will keep and easy for us to come and go as we explored NOLA.

We (6 of us from the Midwest) went down to NO for a NFL game. Uber or walked everywhere. Even from the airport Uber was like $45. Renting a car would have been useless because moving around congested city with very little and expensive parking downtown. Location was 1/2 mile from stadium, and about a 10 minute walk to Canal Street and Bourbon Street. Location was perfect at night to enjoy the "night life" and also when we wanted to get away from it. Location of unit was down in the historic warehouse district and building was really cool. Location was very secure and when we were there very quiet. Unit was clean, requested more towels and received them, this unit was perfect layout for the 6 of us. Each bedroom (2) has its own bathroom and then the pull out couch was perfect for my sister in law and her daughter. Pull out couch was nice, not like the saggy ones in hotels. Would return to this place in a heart beat and would recommend it to anyone!

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and we loved it! Beautiful, spacious apartment in a secure, controlled access building (need a code to enter the building at all times) so we felt very safe there. The location was ideal because we could walk to French Quarter without having to stay right in the heart of all the chaos. Front desk guys, Q and Isaiah, were super cool and helpful. The check-in/check-out process was so easy. The apartment was very modern with brick walls, new finishes and stainless steal appliances. Overall, it was the perfect weekend and I would definitely use Stay Alfred again the future!
