Die Unterkunft im Kona Bali Kai #318 hat eine außergewöhnlich gute Lage. Von der Unterkunft direkt den Pazifik von dem Balkon. Es war alles sehr sauber, ruhige Unterkunft und nicht weit vom Stadtkern Kailua Kona entfernt. Die Küchenutensilien waren alle in einem guten Zustand.

Die Zugangsinformationen habe ich erst in San Francisco Airport erhalten. Und das nur mit Glück. Ich habe mehrere Tage vor Abflug Die Mitarbeiter von VACASA gebeten mir den Access Code rechtzeitig vor Abflug in Frankfurt zu zusenden. Das wurde verweigert mit dem Hinweis, dass diese Information erst ein Tag vor Ankunft Ortszeit erteilt wird. Und das ist wesentlich zu spät für Gäste aus Übersee. Ich hatte eine Reisezeit von knapp 22 Stunden und eine Zeitverschiebung zu Deutschland von 11 Stunden. Offensichtlich können bei VACASA einige nicht rechnen. Das war eine Zumutung sondergleichen und ich hatte noch nie soviel Ärger mit dem Access Code wie dieses Jahr. Das wird künftig eine Bewertungsgrundlage für eine weitere Buchung sein. Auch werde ich das VACASA noch persönlich mitteilen. Wenn ich künftig keine rechtzeitige Information über den Zugang zur Unterkunft erhalten kann, werde diese Anlage nicht mehr buchen. Diese Zusicherung will ich von VACASA. Zudem sollten die reservierten Parkplätze so gekennzeichnet sein, dass man sie lesen kann. Das war alles überdimensional abgenutzt.

Lack of air conditioner was difficult at times

Place was in a great location, quiet, easy to get to everything.

Couldn't find the broom. Did find it eventually. Drier didn't work.

Be sure the code you gave for entrance is correct

The View! they had activities, snorkel gear, etc. the location was the best part.

no AC and never got the internet to work. However, there was enough breeze to help with no AC.

The location! It was lovely waking up and walking out to the balcony and see the surfers out in the ocean. The unit was clean and well laid out for our needs and comfortable for our group of four.

The pull out couch was a bit tired which did not offer enough sturdiness/comfort for a good night sleep.

apartment full of ants. Restroom on bad conditions. toilet tank has the handle lose and shower smell like sewer. When I booked I saw few pictures and I get something completely different also description said W/D and also ocean view I spoke with someone on front desk they give me a phone number I called and they said thanks for let me know. We packed less cloths because we expected washer and dryer and we don’t get nothing. My wife get mad with me because she don’t get her ocean view that she was expecting. I know prices on Kona are high and probably this is a cheap option, but if you can find something else.
