立地が最高でした。また、設備も日常生活を送るのに申し分なく、非常に充実しておりました。

お風呂のお湯がぬるかったことが少し残念でした（複数人いたので、人によっては冷水っぽくなってしまって寒かったことがありました）。

Had an AC issue that made things uncomfortable for 2 days but they did end up fixing it. Think that’s a one-off

Location was perfect. The building was beautiful with all amenities.

The location was excellent. Very safe and right outside the building were several restaurants, a grocery store and a target. All less than a block from our room.

The remote controller for the TV was bad. It needs to be replaced. The sink in one of the bathrooms was a very slow drain. There were no utensils to cook with. I would have liked to know that before coming to pack that. A pack n play (port a crib) for babies would be a nice addition because carrying that up and down wasn’t easy and there’s plenty of room to set that up in the closets.

Great location from fwy and perfectly placed for walking into the village for food and jogging. Great & clean amenities (gym, pool etc). Unit was perfect size, extremely clean which was of the utmost importance. Fantastic instructions on parking, getting into bldg and the unit. Loved the instructions on use of appliances and pull out bed. Really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and easy check out.

Nothing to mention except upon arrival the main entrance garage gate was not working but it was fixed by day 2. Key phob batteries were a bit low so the person at the guards station had to buzz me in a few times but not bothersome!

We needed to be close to UCLA. Didn’t want to worry about traffic so early in the morning

The apartment needs a deep clean from top to bottom. Dust everywhere, base boards, walls, and ceiling. The apartment had no comfy feeling and the sofa was very uncomfortable. I cleaned before using anything!!! There was only 4 very thin towels in the bathroom and I asked for more and never came. Also some of the kitchen decor was Christmas which was odd. I reported it to the host and took my own pictures of stains we noticed so we don’t get blamed for anything. Water was out for almost a whole day. There was pumbling issues and maintaince had to come and there was lack of communication from host of times that anyone was come by Seen a BIG Roach crawling from the washer area to the bathroom. It was so big it took a long minute to kill, Also one late night in the gated parking lot there was a dog alone in a car about ready to attack me and two homeless people somehow got in and were sleeping behind a wall. When I told the security, she then told me what can I do about it? So I ended up calling the police. Like I said we stayed here for convenience that’s it. Also no patio furniture to enjoy the nights The only thing the apartment provideed was location Honestly the pictures do not show the dirt and dusy everywhewre. the pictures do not show stains and markings all over the walls. And I was told to provide my own towels after through text after never getting towels Lack cleaning and maintance. RUN!!!

Location was excellent and parking was including in the secure parking lot of the building.

The apartment shakes once in a while. I don't know whether it was near an elevator or it is how the whole apartment complex is.

this building has everything, great gym,jacuzzi, sauna, reading areas, pool, great location! I enjoyed my stay so much

it’s so confusing going trough all the halls. is a walk to get to the apartment inside the building.
