Location was convenient for travel. Very close to a shopping center, you can get there easy by bike.
I wasn’t happy with the $500 security deposit. I felt that should have been included in the full price, not once I showed up. The front desk will work with you luckily a credit card is not mandatory, you can use a debit card.

Happy hour ...the people who served us at happy hour were so nice.
Booked on booking.com, did not know about the extra fees, at least $90.00 more. Plus could not use my ING number cause it's a third party booking. Otherwise everyone at the hotel were awesome and very nice!

Great location. Hotel in need of work.
I had no hot water and continually complained. my room stank of dog pee and when I complained I was told that I should have asked for floor 19 as that floor has no pets. if I knew that I would have stayed in a proper hotel and not a dogs kennel.

my room smelt of dog pee and when I complained I was told that I should have booked a room on Floor 26 as that’s not a dog friendly floor. if I knew that I would have booked into another hotel. I had no hot water for most of the week in my basin and had to complain daily
