Everything went very smoothly. The heat was a little tricky.

I love this house and have stayed there twice. It’s our favorite in CB!

Location, location, location. Add well managed, clean large rooms, outdoor space and excellent internet services and this is what you have, steps away from the heart of CB.

We have been going to crested butte for many years and this was by far my favorite place to satay! The house was darling and perfect for my family of 5. The location could not have been better!

We really enjoyed the convenience and ease with which you can get anywhere on Elk. The house was in good shape and the property managers were responsive on the few minor incidents we had A few thinks to note for those thinking about staying here. 1) because the home is so close to Elk the only parking around the property on an average day is the drive way because the rest of the space in front of the house is public parking. During winter (with as much snow as CB gets) pulling into the driveway and opening the car doors is tough because the snow banks on either side of the driveway. One night we parked 1/2 into the driveway to open the doors so our children could get out and the cops knocked on the door around 11pm telling us either pull all the way into the drive or get towed! 2) For those families (or couples splitting the rental) that consider staying at this property there are no doors on the upstairs bedrooms (both are loft style) and the only king size bed is upstairs. The other bedroom downstairs has doors but no locks and it opens into the dining room. So for anyone looking for privacy (wink wink) you won’t find much with this rental. All thst said it was still an enjoyable stay with a location that can’t be beat. Even with the proximity to Elk there wasn’t much noticeable noise to keep us up at night.

Our family of five loved this property. Clean, within mere steps of some of Crested Butte's best food and drink. It is so much larger than the picture taken from the front. Parking is at a premium in town, even during the shoulder season, but not to worry. Plenty of room to park two cars. Beautiful residence.

One of the best properties ever. The location was right in the heart of CB. The house had all that we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. Pretty sure we'll be back for the aspens next Fall.

We loved our stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. Some of us skied and appreciated the short walk to the shuttle. Others just enjoyed being in town to walk around and shop. Would definitely stay again.

In downtown Crested. Large driveway next to house. Very pleasant decorating, comfortable furniture and comfortable beds. Nice fenced in yard for my small dog. Would definitely stay here again! Next to several restaurants but noise was never an issue. The property managers were great communicators and available to help out with any questions.

Clean and comfortable house. Well equipped and excellent wifi. TV remotes weren’t very user friendly and could be improved with some better how to instructions. Also would like to see an in house recycling option available. Overall a great stay and would come back.

Great location. All restaurants and shuttle to the slopes very close. Kind of quirky but comfortable. I would certainly recommend it.

In addition to being located in the heart of CB half a block off of elk avenue this property is a great home for 3-6 people. Cozy yet spacious house that has everything you need for your CB get away. The owners are easy to communicate with and the care taker came by to introduce himself and keep up with the snow removal. This is my second time staying in the house over the years and certainly not my last.

Best property in Crested Butte. Great location; highly functional, comfortable and beautiful. The layout of the bedrooms provides ample privacy for all, while the public spaces in the home are spacious and cozy at the same time. The back deck is perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of a day in the mountains. I particularly liked the storage out back where I could keep my bike safe and secure without having it take up space in the house. Dee Dee was incredibly attentive and responsive, though not intrusive. Best rental experience I’ve had in roughly 25 years of visiting CB. In short, amazing property and great experience.

Very lovely home with everything we needed for a great stay. Perfectly located right off the main street, with all the great Crested Butte restaurants and bars right next door. Dee Dee was a great host, and was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

It has the perfect ski cabin vibe, is very roomy and comfortable and the location can't be beat. We cooked a lot in the cute and well stocked kitchen and spent many evenings in front of the fire in the front room. The Dogwood is right next door and Elk Avenue is 1/2 block away. Even in the cold, it was fun and easy to be able to walk everywhere. I definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning next year!

We really enjoyed staying in this fabulous in town home. We could walk to all restaurants ,convenient to Gunnison where the City Market/Kroger was and 2 golf courses - one in Crested Butte and the other in Gunnison. Owners were super helpful if we had something go wrong at the house. Our dog loved the doggie door, fenced in yard and wonderful front porch to have cocktails and meet others walking to town. Would definitely rent again. S&T

Wonderful house! Great location. We were two couples and the house provided us with plenty of space. The outside patio was perfect and very private. Would definitely come back to this charming house.

This is our happy place when we visit Crested Butte. It's comfortable, clean, roomy for all and the location is the best. Dee Dee and John are attentive and flexible. We hope to continue our tradition of staying at 305 Third!
