La ubicación y la limpieza es buena. Estancias espaciosas. Sofás y sillones cómodos. Televisión grande.
Recién reformado con todo el mobiliario de IKEA.
La habitación interior tiene en el techo una claraboya de plástico al patio interior. Durante nuestra estancia llovió por las noches y el ruido era insoportable. Además, un día llovió tanto que salió agua a chorros por el extractor de humos de la cocina.

it was big and had a coffee machine. the host who welcomed us was really pleasant and helpful.
there was a bad smell that permeated the room, probably someone cooked and the room wasn’t aired. it was quite unbearable.

Fairly central, parking nearby.
Only one shower room, another one could be added adjacent to the exiting one with the space in one of the bedrooms. Shower base was slippery and dangerous.

The girl that met us at apartment was very helpful and nice :) Apartment is so big and nice. I do recommend to stay here! It is located in the heart of old town. It was a bit hard to find this car parking place at University. I recommend to share point of location of it, before client arrives. Thank you for stay!!
Dear host! Please do not use so much chemical cleaning products. I could not sleep because those smells :(

The apartment was stylish, meticulous! Very well equipped and very,very clean.
The noise from the neighbours was horrendous! It went on until 1 am and restarted at 5 am.I couldn't possibly have stayed another night, even if, I'd paid for a month. I barely slept 😴!

The apartment was wonderful, it has spacious rooms and it's a really cosy place. Also, it's very close to the city center and to the beach, so you can quicky reach these places by walking.

Excellent service by Nissrine and Rita came with blankets. Apartment was very clean and near to everything. Free parking at university was useful.
No instructions how to operate heating/cooling. Water for shower not hot enough. No fire escape or fire extinguisher or smoke alarm.

Very comfortable apartment, super clean in an amazing location, walking distance to the main spots in the city! Highly recommended!

The apartment was nice decorated and we just felt like home. It was very nice to stay in a clean, bright and beautiful apartment. The price was very fair:)
