The apartment is very nice in an old building close to the city center but the surrounding is also very interesting with old villas. The river is also nearby where you can go for a walk and find cool bars.

As we got the keys in person we were expecting some local recommendations but the host rushed away.

The loveliest place we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful high ceilings, contemporary finishes and lovely interior design made us feel perfect every day. The attention to details is super high level: coffee maker with capsules, cookies and fruits were waiting for us, along with refreshments in the cooler - a great & welcomed surprise. A historic informative corner telling the story of the place, very appreciated. We were lucky to be able to make an early checkin, Mihai was super kind to make it possible for us, thank you! We stayed 8 nights here and we were sorry to leave, everything was beyond expectations for us. Timisoara is a very special place for us due also to this special property.

Maxim‘s Place is perfectly located: easy to find in a quiet street and yet you can walk to the city centre. The apartment is in a nice old building, I even liked the stairway and the corridor. Inside the apartment, everything is newly renovated and perfectly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spacious nicely decorated like the rest of the apartment. Last, not least, the bed is very comfy. Maxim was very friendly and helpful. He provided information on the how parking fees are organized. I had a wonderful stay in Timișoara and can fully recommend Maxim‘s place.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was incredibly clean, comfy and I loved all the little extras that were added that made us enjoy our stat

The apartment was super cozy and well heated which is a great thing in such an old building. I also loved the furniture and the fact that you could watch trams coming and going from the window. It's probably one of the most beautiful accomodations in Timișoara.

The water pressure could be better, but low water pressure can occur in old buildings so I don't think there's much the host can do.

The location is very good, big comfortable space. Coffee, tea and some others drinks from the host, and also you can find parking spots along the tram street.

A little bit noisy during the day because of the tram, but if you close the window you can barely hear it.

The area is great. Nice and quite but only a 10 min walk from the city center.

There's nothing to dislike.
