Great home! So much larger than expected with an awesome game room that we enjoyed during our stay. Also close to all attractions! Would stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality Julie!

Our stay was wonderful! Might have been the cleanest house we’ve ever rented!
The kitchen was great for a large group. We couldn’t get over the multiple sinks and dishwashers. The only thing I’d note is that there’s only like 12 dishes so you need to do dishes after each meal. Just noting that I’d bring paper plates next time to avoid this.
We didn’t use the outside at all. The pictures were a bit deceiving because the driveway is actually a steep hill so nobody was comfortable with the kids playing out there at all and there was no backyard. The location was great though. Can’t get any closer to Gunstock than that. I’d definitely consider and recommend staying there during ski season.

We had an excellent stay at this home! As a group of 10, there was plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably as well as plenty of seating for group meals. The home was clean, and the owners were great.

This house was very spacious, we were minutes from all of the prime spots, and the property manager (Julie) was outstanding and very responsive. One of the hidden benefits we didn't realize until we used it was the private pass to use Gilford Beach. This is a private beach with all the amenities, but without the cost of admission, parking or large crowds. We went there every day, and already miss it. We would certainly consider staying at this location again

What a fantastic house for a getaway. So much space, so close to gunstock and the lake, and wonderfully furnished (those couches!). Incredible communication as we had a few special requests while we were navigating a few moving pieces. Julie was incredible working with us! Thank you!

Really Great Home!
We rented this property for somewhat of a family reunion with 6 adults, 2 babies, and an 8 year-old. We spent a lot of time in the actual house, and there was so much space for everyone! The game room was a real hit with the 8 year-old. And the kitchen is AMAZING!! I was sad to leave the kitchen. I wish I could have taken it with me! :)

The game room was a lot of fun. The front porch is a nice place to sit. Besides that, there is not much outdoor space. The yard is very small. The house had a 2 car garage, but not much parking in the steep driveway. The house is in a great location. Gilford beach was very nice, with beautiful views. We even attended a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion right down the road. The host Julie was very nice and responsive.

Beautiful home in great location next to Gunstock
We had an awesome week....8 of us fit very comfortably plenty of seating and bathrooms! House was even better than pictured! We loved the game room and the kids had plenty of entertainment...all the furniture was new and really comfortable. Check in and out was easy..:.we look forward to coming back!!!

Great property in a great location!
This house is a perfect rental. Lots of space with great furnishings. Was wonderful to come home to after a day of skiing at Gunstock right down the road. No complaints at all!

Holiday Weekend
We had a relaxing weekend, the house is very comfortable and the proximity to Gunstock can't be beat. Although there were only 5 of us, the home can accommodate more, especially since there are 3 full baths. The kitchen is well equipped which is important to us. Communication with Julie was easy and she quickly replied to any questions. I would recommend this property to friends and family.
