I liked the layout of the room, but the bathroom needs to be fixed up (especially in the shower area).

I was there for three (3) days and the garbage was never removed. The location at night is safe, but in this location, the streets are empty.

Great Location, amazing Breakfast and very nice people in and around the Restaurant/Apartment. Amazing for the price. As a plus, the apartment is very nicely decorated.

It was quite light in the room in the morning, but nothing tragic. The bed is made for cuddles ;-)

We stayed there twice (once for two nights and later again for one night). Fully furnished apartment that has everything you need. Everything was clean and the shower was great. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Techas Place.

We had the first transfer from the airport organized via the hotel. As we arrived a day later due to a missed connecting flight, the organisation of the transfer did not work out, although we informed them about the delay. But they helped us via Whatsapp and an hour later, the transfer came. However, the taxi price was rather high (15 EUR was originally agreed, but we had to pay 18 EUR as we had to go first to the manager‘s place to collect the keys and then back to the apartment) compared to what we paid afterwards to come and go to the airport (between 1000 and 1200 CVE). Other than that, good place to stay!

situated in the old town (there is not much to do if you want to party but this is not what we wanted), lots of space to park, and spacious

a bit “blind” as most of the windows were looking at the interior and you had to pull the curtains all the time not to be seen

We stayed here for one night and really liked it. Everything looks like the photos and for Praia or Cape Verde it is a very high standard. It was the nicest place our trip. Very clean and super comfortable.

It can be a little noisy due to the cafe but it is okay.

The location was good, the apartment clean and confortable. Grate place.

Even though it was a brief stay, the apartment was great and in an ideal location. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was excellent too. Obrigada!

Nice staff. Central. Clean. Near to Bus Stop and Aluguer.
